This place actually is good!

The pool is huge, we've stayed in it for up to three hours at a time.

Rides are fun too, but go early on the rides.

@mangravy1 Herpes can live up to 4 hours in spas, and if a person has an outbreak then yes it's contagious even in that heat. Aids is no different if the person bleeds. In my gym the spa policy states you can't use the facility if you're having an outbreak with something such as herpes or are infected w/ a transmittable disease and have a cut. Sorry but there are risks allowing it into gyms and places such as this water park. Or maybe the huge spa policy sign in my gym is just there for show :D

I was here when I was 13 and found it to be a huge let down as far as how shaken up you get when the wave runs over you and how long you have to hold your breath. Try Misquamicut beach in Rhode Island after a hurricane passes by the coast. In those waves you actually have to hold your breath for 5 seconds before the wave spits you back out to the surface. Then, sometimes there's another wave right after. Then, there's riptides!! THIS is dangerous?... lol

I've been to this place many times and the wave is actually pretty damn strong - you will get sucked under and forcefully slam into people, and you simply can't stop yourself. Its still a really fun time but you will be worn out and still kind of feel the waves pounding you even hours later.

well, look at the video, between 3:18 and 3:22. do you see how the wave is originally very tall, but then it sort of falls over on itself? well, in around the late 90s before they changed it, the wave maintained its top height almost all the way through the wave pool. i think they toned it down because too many people complained. people kind of got caught in the wave and then would slam into everyone else as the wave moved. i never got hurt, but i guess some people did?
