So if you just train strength you hit way higher than someone of the same combat who has both attack and strength.

And no, you shouldn't atleast have 40 attack. You can also have 20 and use vesta, that's some hard hits too.

And I have 5 att. so if id be f2p id hit 210 with steel 2h at lvl 53. And someone using a rune 2h at the same level would also hit that so it doesn't really matter. And for P2P I would win, period.

@iOliverful ya but without atk you hit waaaay less often and arent nearly as consistent AND a rune weapon has a MUCH better stregnth bonus than a shitty iron weapon so your hits max and consistency are much higher. i have a p2p pure with 75 atk 95 str and i wreck with dclaws, abby whip and dragon p++ or godswords. if your f2p at least get your atk to 40 and strength as high as possible. and while pking use a rune scimmy and 2h, dont safe, always use str pots and eat swordies and dont be cheap!

get 2k lamps too with exam and in lumbridge you can get free 500xp lamps (2) go to dummy's in varrock and go train there to lvl 8 attack... a lot faster

Good overall guide.

Except 2 things:

-Getting from 45-75 strength at flesh crawlers can be odd

-For pures with very low defence, trust me, they can't train at giant spiders because of they always hit from 0-7, so you'd always bank to get food. Pures never train strength to giant spiders, except if they got defence.

Don't get 75-99 strength at flesh crawlers as a pure... you'd be a fool
