Er no FPS has no-effect on gameplay other than making it run much more smoothly, which makes it a realistic feature. On that note you're calling games like Live For Speed and RFactor (PC sims) unrealistic as they run at 60FPS on an average machine so you are an idiot

Forza 3 and GT5 will have their strengths and weaknesses. Whilst GT5 may be techincally better with more cars and tracks, I think Forza will have a superior online experience.

Why is everyone always at each other necks about Forza and GT5. There both great games. GT5 has better graphics, more cars and tracks, better AI and a more realistic feel of driving. And Forza has a more realistic sense of speed and......... Uhhh. Think thats it.
