i stopped the car by crashing into it pulled out the driver and shot him (forgot if he died or not) then the car started to drive out of the wreck with NO DRIVER? wtf!?!

strange? i have the ps2 version and when that part happend there were a few diffrences. 1: there were no buildings next to toms car. 2: there were no barriers 3: there were no under constuction buildings and it was very detailed. but it was in gameplay. the cutscene was fine

This game was originally released for PC and when they put the game for the PS2 and Xbox they left out ALOT of details the only thing they updated was the cut scenes making it look more movie like

Trains are not driveable, I don't think you can even get in the one that is shown in this video. There is a monorail type train that you can ride in, but not drive.

No, there are no trains as far as I know. There are only trams which you can drive, but you can only stand inside while they're driving. You can't control them yourself.
