@88wmsmith That much acetaminophen is very bad for your liver. You may have a tolerance to the opiates and that's fine but Vicoden and Norcos also contain acetaminophen and you can't develop a tolerance to that. Too much acetaminophen can cause your liver to shut down and can be fatal.

It's ALL hydrocodone. The tylenol helps the high somewhat, but too much can harm you. I get higher on 2 pills with tylenol than I get on 4 pills without. This usually applies to Oxycodone, but they might make hydro without the acetaminophin.

Nooo! Please don't glamorize these drugs. As long as you take opiates you will never truly be happy. The problem is, your brain gets more and more used to the dose, but your body gets worse and worse at processing it. Dear future drug users, learn the generic and brand names, generics are in ( ). (Hydrocodone) is generic for Vicodin, Lortab and Norco. (Oxycodone) is generic for percocet and Oxycontin. Oxycontin=the "contin" means continuous or extended release. Same thing with MS Contin. Morphine Sulphate Continuous Release.

But if he died from hydrocodone, he likely had a severe allergic reaction, was a chronic user (as in 25-30 a day), or mixed the hydrocodone with alcohol, other opiates, and cns depressants.
In any of those scenarios, that information is not given in your original post. It's very important to be truthful and open in regards to the dangers of narcotics.

NO. First off norco and vicodin both consist of the painkiller "hydrocodone" and tylenol for inflammation and to also kick in the hydrocodone a bit. The only difference between the two tablets is that vicodin hass 500-750mg tylenol and norco has 325mg of tylenol. So the 10/500 vicodin is the same amount of hydrocodone as the 10/325 norco.......both has 10mg of hydrocodone. that is crystal clear.

Although I'm on methadone so I am opiate dependent. I am really glad and feel really lucky that my main problem is that I am so adverse to taking these pills (now), and I am willing and strong enough to let my pride go and give my methadone to my dad to divvy out to me once a day so I don't go overboard. I know so many people prescribed this stuff that just don't stand a chance from the get-go, and 20-30 years later they are struggling still every month. I don't want that to be me.

I personally get 60 norco a month but I don't sell them anymore, at one point I got so desperate for money (and because I didn't want to hit the street and try to pawn off pills), I sold, well, way more than 60 for just $300. Generally vicodin have 5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen while norco's have about 10 mg hydrocodone and 325 mg of acetaminophen, although they do vary it was probably a good thing that you did vomit them back up because if you didn't, you probably could have easily overdosed. Don't fuck with drugs.

I have had nothing but good results from taking vicodin and Nuerontin for my back pain and siatica. All of the abusers out there are going to cause the government to over react and take them off the market. If there is an abuser in your home I suggest locking up the narcotics in a safe and you keep the key with you.

No, two Vicodins do not equal one Norco UNLESS you take Norco 10. But, Vicodin ES contains 7.5mg of hydrocodone, and Vicodin HP has 10 mg. Just depends of the dosage.

All this talk about pills is makin me "hungry". theres no way i could be watching/reading this stuff without my own script, id go freakin crazy. ppl should take my word for it, dont try opiates, their powerfully addicting. My idea of heaven isnt a place...its a feeling, the kind you get from abusing painkillers. Thats why i think im so addicted...cuz its like i already died and went to heaven when im high. You should try slowing down. My wife has been on Xanax 2 mg, just cut Down to 1 mg. Been on Norco 10/325 for over 3 years. She os sobering up and got a good job that she's been with over 2 years. Seek some help.

I get the robotussin with only DXM, none of the other shit. ya i only really only use benzos with opiates or for coke/speed/mdma comedowns. I knew a bunch of people addicted to smoking oxys and right when the formula switched to the gelled op's, they switched to heroin right away

My best combination with hydros was DXM + alcohol + hydrocodone + methylphenidate + cocaine + weed + cigs + N2O but it was sketch and dangerous so fuck doing that again. @3rni3PL umm. "cut" doesn't bind to your receptors. Pure heroin would be the shit. Opiate Agonists, bind to opioid receptors, located though out the brain, spine and body. The main receptors involved are Mu 1,2 Delta and Kappa. These "receptor" sites are what will bind with opioid agonists, internalizing the receptor and producing a peptide. The is what gets you "high". Apap has nothing to do w/ opiate effect(s). And Less cut in Heroin = better dope=i get higher. you are seriously mixed up.

Nooo! Please don't glamorize these drugs. As long as you take opiates you will never truly be happy. The problem is, your brain gets more and more used to the dose, but your body gets worse and worse at processing it. So even though you don't "feel" the effects as much after a while, your body begins to shut down until eventually you go to sleep one night and simply stop breathing. It's as simple as that. I know they seem harmless but opiates kill every single day, and it can happen so easily.

Dear future drug users, learn the generic and brand names, generics are in ( ). (Hydrocodone) is generic for Vicodin, Lortab and Norco. (Oxycodone) is generic for percocet and Oxycontin. Oxycontin=the "contin" means continuous or extended release. Same thing with MS Contin. Morphine Sulphate Continuous Release.

Why don't they make extended release hydrocodone in pill form? The new Oxycontin OP is terrible but I've never tried MS Contin or Kadian (Morphine ER). I need something for chronic L5-S1 back/leg. And with all these fucking lortabs around, can't get them off my mind. lol Ultram (tramadol) really helps me I just can't sleep on that shit. It's like speed and goes great with coffee in the morning. I'd like an extended release pain killer that i could take before bed and last all night. Peace!

Unless you have a doctor's prescription and take it as prescribed it is not a good idea to mess around with Vicoden or any other narcotic-based pai killers. My cousin died from a Vicodin overdose because he bought what he thought were some harmless and fun pills from his friend. He is now DEAD !!! Wake up before you check out --- PERMANENTLY. Yea, my nephew thought the warning was stupid too. HE'S DEAD.

But if he died from hydrocodone, he likely had a severe allergic reaction, was a chronic user (as in 25-30 a day), or mixed the hydrocodone with alcohol, other opiates, and cns depressants.
In any of those scenarios, that information is not given in your original post. It's very important to be truthful and open in regards to the dangers of narcotics.

NO. First off norco and vicodin both consist of the painkiller "hydrocodone" and tylenol for inflammation and to also kick in the hydrocodone a bit. The only difference between the two tablets is that vicodin hass 500-750mg tylenol and norco has 325mg of tylenol. So the 10/500 vicodin is the same amount of hydrocodone as the 10/325 norco.......both has 10mg of hydrocodone. that is crystal clear.

@MrCoolguy13 NO! if you snort hydrocodone all it will do is fuck up your nose... just so you know. seriously not worth it. you won't feel any effect.... except a painful burning sensation in your nostril(s). but you can crush it and mix it in with some warm water and then put it in the fridge or freezer until you see a decent amount of white/clear stuff at the bottom of the container (don't let it freeze) and then pour it through a coffee filter and drink the water. CWE (cold water extraction)

Although I'm on methadone so I am opiate dependent. I am really glad and feel really lucky that my main problem is that I am so adverse to taking these pills (now), and I am willing and strong enough to let my pride go and give my methadone to my dad to divvy out to me once a day so I don't go overboard. I know so many people prescribed this stuff that just don't stand a chance from the get-go, and 20-30 years later they are struggling still every month. I don't want that to be me.

@ingosnow25, actually that looks closer to about $500-600, maybe less, if you're buying bulk. Of course not everyone has that choice. I personally get 60 norco a month but I don't sell them anymore, at one point I got so desperate for money (and because I didn't want to hit the street and try to pawn off pills), I sold, well, way more than 60 for just $300. Now, I hardly ever take them, I'm on methadone as it is, but I REALLY regret that decision. It's like being a junkie in reverse, kinda (?)

@patrick1da1pimp1 That's pretty stupid of you, you could have easily had died from an overdose, let alone what all the tylenol in it does to your liver. Generally vicodin have 5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg acetaminophen while norco's have about 10 mg hydrocodone and 325 mg of acetaminophen, although they do vary it was probably a good thing that you did vomit them back up because if you didn't, you probably could have easily overdosed. Don't fuck with drugs.

All of the abusers out there are going to cause the government to over react and take them off the market. No, two Vicodins do not equal one Norco UNLESS you take Norco 10. But, Vicodin ES contains 7.5mg of hydrocodone, and Vicodin HP has 10 mg. Just depends of the dosage.
