Umm I got all the Steel Ingots went to the guy to hand them all in gave 10 to him and he went into The Abandoned thing or watever and wont go back inside The Mill and when ever I try to talk to him to give the rest of the Ingots while I am in The Abandond place he just tells me to go away. If someone can help me and tell me how to get him to let me talk to him plz reply this comment.

@GLTheUknown My suggestion to you as not ever having experienced this glitch is to load a save before you handed him any ingots and just try turning in all 100 at one time.

Just to give people a heads up sometimes the steel ingots glitch on the ps3 first glitch is you either can only get 98 steel ingots total and second glitch you can collect all 100 but you can only give the guy 10 ingots and no more and collect no rewards so people be careful of this glitch, if it happens just make a new game and then get all 100 steel ingots

To get the achievement put the damn armor on lol you get the achievement as soon as you put on the armor

theres a door in the power plant that is locked that is already open when you walk into it at 2:37 .. and i dont have 50 lockpick because my character doesnt use lock pick. is there a key some where? because theres alot of ingots in there.
