Aye, it was a bit dissappointing. One thing I liked (and also hated) was that they tried to make the ending as "happy" as possible. For some reason, friends or lovers tends to be separated forever at the end of anime series...

@uglypinkmoose I haven't read the manga, but I recently finished re-watching the anime, and it doesn't totally disprove Yorn and Spike being brothers - Yorn's adoptive father gets killed early, his biological mother is the Princess of Foresight, and the status of his biological father is unknown. Spike says his parents died, but those could have been adoptive parents

I like the song and the show, but I'm really annoyed how the subtitlers (both the Romaji subtitles from the U.S. release and the Kanji subtitles of this one) end it with "nuijae", when it clearly should be "nuide" (the former has no meaning that I can find, but the latter is the proper te-form of the verb "nugu")
