i think it could be her from the accent on particular words and some of the guitar licks here are similar to early marling such as in 'mexico'. in some of her early songs she seems to prefer and be able to reach a higher range [the beginning of 'i know you'] its still up for debate but i'd say this is more likely to be her than 'dreaming'.
either way i really like the song and we all love laura anyway. :)

She is only 19 right now. She started her career at a pretty young age.
