How are the hospital visits going? Have you been out and about in the City? I see you are pretty close to the Museum that's a nice place to go, shed Aquarium is fun too. Hope you are well!
@anahntr We have just been around our area which there is so much to do in such a small area!!! Today we walked a half a block to the Water Tower Place. Yesterday we went down Michigan Ave. We made it over to Trader Joes. I'm happy. When Vanessa gets here we will make it to all the girly places! It will be fun.

If the love of your friends could make you well you would have been well a long time ago. Sometimes things happens in our lives that we dont understand at the time. Do you know if you will have a "buddy" doing this same treatment? Try to relax and put yourself in the Lords hands, He is working this plan for you and many others suffering with this. Thoughts and prayers for you - hubby too, I know this isnt easy for him either..have a safe trip-windy city is waiting.God Bless.oxoxo
@0sassi01 I think I am the only lupus patient here right now. I know there are MS patients. I also know they have activities on the transplant floor to help keep the patients active and their spirits up.
You are blessed to have friends that care for you so much. I don't know you personally but I will be thinking of you as you go through this time. Just remember God is with you and will be there holding your hand.
About some of your stuff you are having to leave behind. Have someone send it to you in the mail. That is what some of our camp councilors would do for summer camp. Take care and remember you have a lot of people praying for you.
@ironbith I really have to push myself and then there is the delicate balance of not over doing it. I make it out of the house on a normal week 2 - 3 times. If it is more than that I end up on bed rest. I am ready for remission so there won't be anymore pain because I went for a car ride to Taco Bell.

Its been very nice in Chicago, by the end of the week its supposed to be in the high 40's :)
i love all the books that you received, I loved 90 Minutes in Heaven! Hope you had an easy going trip!
