"This is a pretty 'kick ass' version of this song...damm I saw these guys in Detroit in the late 80's, they blew the roof off of Harpo's....I will never forget that show man, it was so bad ass!!!! I had my Gretchen Goes To Nebraska album with me and after the show one of their tech's walked up to me and asked me if I wanted the guys to sign it, I said "sure"!!! He took me backstage and I met them and they each signed my LP, and were so cool!!! Thanks for posting..thanks King's X for a great sho

Ya know, it's funny - Every single person I've ever met loves Kings X when I play it for them for the first time.

If they'd come out in the '60's they would be called a 'vocal group'.

Had to be fun for them--didn't they play this one live to an empty room? (fun for the sound guys, too with no audience to help absorb the sound.) Always blown away by the fact that even though they've been playing this tune for 20 years, the outro solo is always a bit different. Ty really nailed this one (like the Woodstock one.) Love Dug's little grin at about 4:09 asTy hits another of those great singing, vibrato high notes--those guys have fun playing, for sure...
