  • i would love to jam with Ty ...im a flutist he rocks

  • I Dale am a drummer seen this band perform they were very great,me and the bass player looked at the drummer and we were amazed at the quality of this band.

  • I absolutely love this band.

  • Doug says that there was no audience when they played the song, due to security at the time of the L.A. riots, & that the audience was dubbed in later. ...makes it sound kinda silly when Dennis says.. "Applaud!"

  • Does anyone know if they played What I Know About Love live yet?

  • Is the drummer gonna eat the mic or what?!?

  • If I had a wish it would be for John-Ringo-George-Paul to view this live, and them ask them what they think. This is just an amazing performance.Interesting how these 3 guys came together and started a band, just awesome chemistry!!!

  • Uber cool

  • I absolutely love the part at 0.37 the way they look at each other.Well if i was gonna half to make a DVD and put it in time capsule of 20 songs this performance is definitely going to be included.

  • I absolutely love the part at 0.37 the way they look at each other.

  • Saw these guys open for Living Color about 17 years ago. One of the best shows I've ever seen!!!

  • 2 people missed the Like button

  • This band was fucking incredible.

  • TY TABOR, IS AN UNDERATED GUITAR PLAYER...I SAW THEM AT THE 'ROYAL OAK MUSIC THEATRE" THEY WERE AWESOME THE BEST PART OF THE SHOW, IS WHEN THEY SWITCHED INSTRUMENTS THEY ALL TOOK TURNS PLAYING GUITAR,BASS AND DRUMS.......

  • I like how Ty plays Norweigan Wood at the end.

  • This guitar player burns like no other I've heard! He's awesome! Totally rocks! What a great Strat sound! His fingers smoke down that fret board! Unfortunately He's totally underrated by far! I hope is recognized some day!

  • I know Ty Tabor i see him every Thanks giving and evry time i go and see my aunt!!! Me and Ty are tight!

  • Ty Tabor is my aunt's bf every1 may not beleive me but it is true! As long as i know its true thats all that matters! :D

  • The one idiot who gave this a thumbs down has an asskicking coming from me

  • "This is a pretty 'kick ass' version of this song...damm I saw these guys in Detroit in the late 80's, they blew the roof off of Harpo's....I will never forget that show man, it was so bad ass!!!! I had my Gretchen Goes To Nebraska album with me and after the show one of their tech's walked up to me and asked me if I wanted the guys to sign it, I said "sure"!!! He took me backstage and I met them and they each signed my LP, and were so cool!!! Thanks for posting..thanks King's X for a great sho

  • I can hear it now. The empty room sound. Particularly in the vocals.

  • I LOVE this song! It reminds me of every time I went to see my Dad at the hospital, and every time going back home from the hospital. It never failed me!

  • These guys have always been one of my favorite bands, and when I saw them live it was one of the tightest performances I have ever seen.

  • Fuckin' RIGHTEOUS!!!!

  • Ya know, it's funny - Every single person I've ever met loves Kings X when I play it for them for the first time.

If they'd come out in the '60's they would be called a 'vocal group'.

    Because they are.

  • This was taped during the LA riots. There was no crowd. That was added as filler over the band. I'm not even sure Dennis Miller himself was there.

  • The Beatles snip at the end was a sweet, and sneaky, addition. Go, Ty!

  • @mydlands Haha! Yeah, gotta love that "Norwegian Wood" snippet! LOVE these guys! :)

  • Nobody does live harmonies like this! They are the best band in the world period!

  • Kerry, Cory, and I listened the Kings yesterday.

  • This drummer is grossly underrated as well, You don't realize how good he is til you see them live.

  • @rjonsolo1 Indeed... That whole band has unreal talent....

  • @rjonsolo1 : & their incredible! =0)

  • @rjonsolo1 He's incredible. He plays behind the beat giving the tune a nice fat groove. But when you watch him he looks almost spastic.

  • Definitely underrated

  • Formidável! :)

  • Had to be fun for them--didn't they play this one live to an empty room? (fun for the sound guys, too with no audience to help absorb the sound.) Always blown away by the fact that even though they've been playing this tune for 20 years, the outro solo is always a bit different. Ty really nailed this one (like the Woodstock one.) Love Dug's little grin at about 4:09 asTy hits another of those great singing, vibrato high notes--those guys have fun playing, for sure...

  • Fantastic

One of the top 5 live rock bands of all time

  • This band has been so underrated

  • What a great version !! Thanks stepdown 7777..........
