@tofulime The romaji is Bokura no Kiseki, with the kanji it used it basically translates to literally to "Our Tire tracks" or perhaps more artistically as "The marks we have left behind" or "Our Existence". There might also be some additional intent to play off of the other kanji with the kiseki reading which means "miracle".
Anyhow I really love this so I am going to try to translate/subtitle it soon. Keep an eye out for that!
