Im sorry to tell you my friend the F-18 HARV was the first 3d thrust vectored aircraft in the world and it flew in 1987. Its nozzels can goto 55 degrees where as the Su-27 and 30 are only capable of 15 degress and the OVT 20 degrees. The F-15 Active and F-16 MATV were next and both can reach past the Sukhoi's with their nozzels. They both flew in the early 90's and all these aircraft can do the cobra. They were also doing itbefore Pugachev. BTW the sukhoi flew first in 96 without thrustvectoring

the Su-27 was flying back in the 80's mabye the late 70's, i cant remember. The soviets needed to counter the F-15, so the Su-27 first flew before the F-18 and F-16 with TV.
