  • I wish there was a youtube channel that shows examples of all the moves.

  • niczym khalidow:D

  • Why are all these techniques wrong? ffs

when performing the kneebar, you should kick a leg out to keep the other leg pushed away. so that he cant get his other leg over and escape the lock.

  • @BROVVNIE we will never know... :(

  • You spelt corps wrong dumbass.

  • BUT WHAT HAPPENS IN COMBAT!?

  • *Twitch* he called the Marine a soldier.....

  • haha he called him a soldier.

  • I kept trying to do this move with my Friend couldnt even get it done cause we were laughing so Hard at the postion you take before you roll.

  • Is that why the army has the best and new equipment and the marines get the ragged old hand me downs? I fine it pretty funny how marines think they're the best. Just because they tell you that in boot doesn't mean it's true guys, sorry to say.

  • @Kyotiger thats because the army is loaded with money fuckhead the marines dont need all that shit

  • whoa. he called him a soldier. fuck no

  • like anyone would ever do that to you, dumbass motherfuckers

  • he called marines soldiers. . . us marines aint soldiers we are marines!

  • ARMY = Ain't Ready for Marines Yet

MARINES = Muscles Are Required Intelligence Not ESsential. (This is kinda offensive to me though because I wanna go through ROTC and become a marines officer lol)

  • Good luck! lol. im currently going threw Di school

  • That's sweet. I'm only 14 though but trust me, I've done SSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much research. 100% internet (including USMC website) 0% call of duty/movies I've read books, and wanna become a scout/sniper. hundreds of hours in research. Wanted to be a marine since i was 4 =)

  • do you have any Jrotc programs near you? or young marines?

  • Yeah there are young marines and I wanna join them. But I think that what I'm gonna do is go to college and then join as enlisted because everything I wanna do is enlisted only

  • @unclesamsplayground ..... why would you go to college then go in as enlisted normally if you go to college you go in as an officer

  • lol, thats funny because the Army lets in people who score 31 on the asvab.

Where as, Marines, only let in people who score at least 32.

Either way, if you score that low, your pretty much stupid. But still, shows what kinda people the army will allow in there. lol

  • I believe the minimum score is the same for all branches and even if it's not are you really trying to use a point difference as claim to be better? That makes YOU sound stupid.

  • my ass rides in navy equipment

  • @truestyleoutlaw Arent Really Men Yet

  • same here, man..

  • was this made at quantico

  • and this move, can litteraly remove the leg from ur aponent

  • If you want to see the ultimate submissions, look for my videos

  • what do i do if my balls get in the way?

  • hahahaha brutsi

  • Gay ass....

  • Says a Naruto fanboy? That is more gay than balls to the face.

  • marines are not soldiers we are marines

  • You're absolutely correct, however...

I don't know about you, but most of the Marines I know would capitalize it. Hell, I'm still a poolee and I caps it.

I'm just starting shit where there isn't any though.

  • @offroadgod1 A soldier fights for his country....what does a Marine do? Hint: Fights for his country. ...they are the same.

  • @Monteze187 No, a soldier is part of an army. A marine is a part of the Marine Corps, big diffrence.

  • @dalion82 You're right there is a big difference. The Army is better.

  • @dalion82 All Marines are soldiers, not all soldiers are Marines. Its a broad term to describe a person fighting for their country. Yes Marine is a more specific term but calling them soldiers isnt exactly wrong. (that was all that I was saying)

  • @Monteze187 no soldiers are army, marines are well marines, Troops is the term which covers everything

  • @offroadgod1 we are not "marines". we are Marines. we win wars...not play with fish. Respect the title.

    Semper Fi

  • @Disturbedownz1408

    "we win wars..."

    And then lose the peace...

  • @offroadgod1 OOARH DEVIL DOG!!!

  • @offroadgod1 Actually John A. LeJeune called us "Soldiers of the Sea" in his famous birthday address.

  • well in krav maga or any military self defense might be the same but in krav maga we use our feet, which mean u just hit your enemy's foot with heel. With enough force he will probably realize you.

I practice Krav Maga and they always tell us "Do whatever you have to do to stay out of the danger" that means u can do the foot thing, kick to the groin, bite, hit his nose with your head, etc.

i hope it helps you. :)

  • Also, if you are an 82nd Airborne vet, then get the fuck out and watch 82nd Airborne videos. You should be more appreciative of your country. Of course, you're not and now that I've said that I've opened myself up to your juvenile barrage of false facts and ignorance.

I honestly don't think you served in the military. You surely don't act like it. Probably some fourteen year old kid who is taking the opinions of those here on YouTube and trying to rapidly spread them. Get the hell outta here.

  • How about this tuopvm guy stop going on EVERY video related to the Marine Corps (God, he must be so jealous) and stop insulting and trying to justify what a veteran of Vietnam did there as "American Imperialism". Do you realize he could not have wanted to go in but enjoyed his service?

Do you not having the fucking heart to realize he might have seen shit FAR WORSE than you saw in Afghanistan and now you're insulting him (and basically all those he knew that died) because of your ignorance?

  • its used whenever your grabbed whether from the stomach or the head

  • this looks so cool but i can honestly say that the only time i'd get the chance to use this is if a friend and i were play fighting. why would he hug me like that? it must work wonders during gay pride parade drills hahahahaha

  • the narrarator said soldier, they're marines

  • Marines were a part of the Navy, but then they more or less separated. Marines still use Navy vessel for transportation, have Navy Corpsmen for their medics, can be awarded Navy Crosses, etc. The Navy is more than capable of doing its job at sea, and the Marines can perform on land without help or guidance from the Navy. The branches all work together just fine whenever they need to, Army calls in a Navy cruise missile, SEALs call for air support from the USAF, etc

  • i hate to burst ur bubble, but the marines are very much still a department of the navy... try doing your homework before posting...

  • It is only regarding non-military operations. So we're both right.

  • No. We have naval traditions, and one of our expertises is the amphibious assault.

And in the event of a need to have a Fleet Admiral occurs, the USMC falls under their control.

But it says something about a military that was born out of a bar, lol.

  • Yeah, we are a department of the Navy.

    The Men's Department.

  • Head butt!

  • Rolling Knee Bar Style! LOL XD

  • There are ways of breaking the guys grip but I'm not sure how the mcmap system deals with it. I'm not a mcmap instructor.

  • The Navy Seals train at sea because they are in the Navy. They were originally formed as a unit to conduct maritime missions. Thats like saying Air Force pilots train in the air.

  • Marines are tough, but some of them have never even been in a real fight in their lives. Not everyone has. This will give the basic skills, moves, and mindset to allow the Marine to overcome his opponent.

  • The point of all these repetitive moves is not solely to use the moves in a fight. It also teaches you how to adapt ALL of your moves to overcome in a real fight. It gives you agility and some semblance of combat training most people don't have, as well as toughening you up and teaching you some useful tricks.

  • look, i know that MCMAP is very effective, but does anyone REALLY come up from behind you and do that?

  • if you watch some fights, they come up behind you, grab you around the waste, pick you up, and then slam you to the ground. insurgents would do this all the time to get the upper hand and to take prisoners. MCMAP saved countless lives.

  • oh, ok. yeah, i guess that makes sense. I was thinking how stupid it would be if someone ran up behind you and just grabbed you like that and didnt try anything. haha. just standing there with a guy holding you like that, hahahaha. Im sure MCMAP saves lives...and takes them. Thanks Marine

  • glad you understood.

  • WTF! "Insurgents do this all the time" my ass. Insurgents hardly ever directly confront with guns let alone hand to hand. Your full of shit . From what I've seen most marines don't practice enough for MCMAP to be effective.

  • hey, i've never been in iraq, so i don't know. but wat i can tell you that is true. modern day marines are good, but not nearly as good as they used to be. but they still fight for ur freedom to sit behind ur computer screen and criticize people for getting something wrong. grow up and learn to respect the people who are fighting and dying for this country.

insurgents don't face marines. i can see y. but in vietnam, they were fearless. they were willing to die for their country, as we were to

  • let me guess your some old washed up Marine that can't let go of the past. The military today is just as good or better than the military that went to war in vietnam. The draft killed morale and overall quality. Your sitting behind your computer talking shit to dumbass. I spent 3 yrs infantry in 82nd and deployed to afghanistan USMCfoho. I know the statement is wrong because I do BJJ you armchair general.

  • If you've never been to iraq how do you know ? Where do you get your information about MMCAp and its effectiveness, or hand to hand in iraq in general? Let me guess. YOUTUBE! BTW. You weren't fighting for freedom in vietnam, you were fighting for American imperialism. You were a pawn in a proxy war. Vietnam never threatened America's freedom.

  • In fact, i use my son's youtube account (this account) to see how you people can say all this trash about our U.S. troops fighting for our freedom. yeah, so what if i fought for American imperialism. if we didn't do that, we wouldn't be nearly as strong as we are now. and my son is in Iraq and he sends me letters telling me about how the insurgents do some kind of prayer and they think they're invincible and they are fearless of our troops. until they realize that we stomp them into the ground.

  • You don't care if you fight for imperialism or power. You live in a country thats supposed to stand for freedom not oppression. You c 're a total moron. US troops pray before combat also. It sounds like you think the US is invincible. You were probably a POG weren't you?

  • yeah i know U.S. troops pray before battle. you know what. i'm sorry for trash talking. you fought for this country. as did I. can we just show some respect for each other and leave it as that? Semper Fi Marine. sorry.

  • Question:

once down, how do you keep the guy from twisting to his left (lessoning the hold)

  • riegirrl: Well, if you try to twist to your left you actually worsen it. The thing to remember about a lot of submission is: the instictive reaction actually makes it WORSE lol. The kneebar defense from this position is to pass his leg which is in between your legs over your hip while keeping control of that leg so he can't just reverse mount you from there

  • so if he twists to his left (rolls over) you just roll with it with the hold still applied?

  • Bullshit again. No the natural reaction does not always worsen it. Example- rolling in the right direction or pushing your foot through when your in opponent tries a footlock.

  • Thats true ... the knee bar is not nearly as efenctice as the KA bar ( poetic huh?)

  • I am a U.S. Army Veteran and I HAVE ABSOLUTE RESPECT FOR THE U.S.M.C. Their combatives training is top notch. Well done.

  • Wow... ^_^

  • JuJitsu4U2Cdirt that is the way to show respect to fellow armed forces =) semper fi

  • I wish they had taught us this in basic. I learned mostly arm grapples and chokes but no leg holds.

  • eh im not a big fan of semper fu, to use it you should probably apply max force to a lock, inflicting pain isnt so much the idea as to break the bone...at least thats the way i do it...because like rob said, that doesnt hurt until just before it breaks...

  • ...and by the way. WE'RE NOT SOLDIERS WE'RE MARINES!!

  • you're wasting your breath, people aren't smart enough to grasp the difference between a soldier and a Marine. Hell, I've been called a soldier, and I'm a sailor! If they can't figure out that a soldier and a sailor are different, any greater degree of subtlety is lost on them...

  • Basefree, You don't always have the luxury of having a weapon on hand in combat. MCMAP is designed to enable Marines to protect ourselves and our fellow Marines in ANY situation. Hence the motto, "One Mind, ANY Weapon". Marines know that our strongest weapon is our mind which gives us the ability to manipulate any object (be it and E-tool or an elbow) in self-defense.

  • you're retarded aren't you. These are designed specifically for unarmed combat. War is unpredictable and you never know what situation you are going to find yourself in. They don't say, when an enemy is found disarm yourself and attempt a kneebar, this is all assuming that there are no weapons availible

  • Lol. Like how youtubes bullcrap talk on MCMAP. Hey fags, MCMAP may not be fancy like your canadian shit, but we fucking use it and it works.(no disrespects to canadian military only to em fags)

  • hmmm well Jason had good narration unitl he referred to them as "soldiers" ...

    :/

    much diff, ask ANY Marine!

  • This move is from Sambo and is utilized in MMA so it is effective but don"t say that is a secret technique or made to kill, you decide that, Super Killing and Special Systems don"t exist.

  • It's not made to kill, true, but it IS made to cripple. And once you get up from doing that to someone, there's not really much they could do to stop you from picking up a weapon (either dropped or improvised) and finishing them off. Even if they do happen to have a pistol, they should've used it in the first place, and therefor were just asking to get a permanantly fucked up knee.

  • For all you dumb fucks out there that don't seem to understand what MCMAP is. MCMAP does have techniques similar to other martial arts because it takes the best from each that would work in a REAL world combat situation were the flashy shit from things like karate, and the time wasting this like sambo and other wrestling arts into a single style made for KILLING, not the MMA submitting bull crap.

  • i tryed this and didnt happen

  • if you had applied it right it wouldve but if youre expecting your opponent to show some sign of pain like you get from and arm bar its not going to happen the only time the person feels pain in a move like this is just before the knee breaks.. there might be some discomfort in the tendons but not to much

  • the U.S armed forces are sell outs. not the soldiers themselves. they are as badass as us canadians but they are poorly managed in the unarmed combat department. they changed from the much more efficent modern defendo which is deemed to brutal. to the MMA which is popularized by the ufc. its all a recruitment bid to get testorone pumped troops into uniform and its working. All the while americans think theyre troops are the best of the best without weapons. that goes to canada and defendo.

  • No the best of the best without weapons is the IDF, isreali defense forces, everyone israeli citizen MUST serve 2 years in the IDF and become well versed in Krav Maga.. do some research homes.

  • I'd give it to the french foreign legion

  • @morrisa0720 homes? psh your ridiculous, there is no best in anything buddy, there is an idf that can kick a marines ass, but theres also a marine that can kick a idfs ass. theres no way to tell.

  • @morrisa0720 if EVERYONE that is an israeli citizen must serve in the IDF, how is the IDF the best of the best?

  • I think people lose sight of how fast this can actually fuck you up... The guy they are showing is basically untrained, and not aiming to hurt him. If he leaned all the way back as fast as he could, that guys knee would be screwed.

  • The rolling knee bar as taught here is a joke. A MMA/BJJ style of sport fighting that none of the MMA/UFA guys can actually pull off in a match. Try this is a war and you will find a knife in your back or a bullet in your spine.

  • too situational!

  • MCMAP is a clear rip off of the vastly superior Combat Sambo.

  • Yes, because MCMAP incorporates many different techniques from many different diciplines.

  • yup

  • MCMAP???? - Rolling Knee Bar

The original is a combat sambo of Russia.

  • the only problem with this is, is in combat, the enemy, instead of trying to break the hold so he can go hand to hand again, will punch at your spine or just cut your spinal cord with his knife

  • But then in combat, once you have their knee, you won't stop long enough for them to punch at your spine. If they were foolish enough to grab you instead of killing you before you knew they were there, and you have the opportunity to use this, you'll finish the move and break their knee before they have time to act.

  • There's more to it than that! Ask a guy who's done "Sambo"

  • True, but you must realize the military's goal is to train as many soldiers as possible. It's not made to go against a skilled professional fighter, but another soldier in the battlefield. I'm surprised they've even come as far as a knee lock now. For a while they were still stuck in the traditionalist ways.

  • The reason why BJJ is so effective against trained athletes and why it initially dominated in MMA is because you can train full force against other trained opponents often. In many styles of martial arts you are trying to surprise and stun your opponent to simply get away. Both have their place although BJJ really shines in sport and some other arts are best in real world situations where you are not the agressor.

  • that is a very good defence. i think ill show my sparing buddys.

  • buena campIOn .. q te dicen.. sobala.. gil

  • i know that shit....its all too easy.

  • easy and simple is good.

if its too complicated you can never REALLY use it.
