@jdog4ever2 many of us (meaning Christians) seem to forget that we are like salt. It preserves, enhances flavor, and creates a thirst. We are to preserve the church and its morals while making people want to have a relationship with God. Also when they get a taste, they want more as if it were a thirst. But the Bible also states that salt sears wounds. We should not or ever force Christianity on someone. That would only make them hate it and resent it.

Honestly red is a band with christian ethics if people didnt know, but religion isnt the real concept of music anyways, the song is a lot deeper then you may think.... The song is actaully about fighting your inner demons if you didnt notice...just figured i would give you all a little heads up....Yuuuup Fighting With Your Inner Demons....definately not devils music more or less everyone has demons inside and sometimes we listen to them...(sorry if its posted twice youtubes bein mean T_T)

ok good can not exist without evil. Yes God is good.. a believer struggles with evil (satan) or temptations like anyone else. having faith isnt to say we are perfect. he is trying to say that the devil will be the death of him not God. anyone is allowed to sing on any side of this and still remain a follower of Jesus. Its a on going struggle to fight for your faith and try to avoid the temptation to do evil. soooooo if you dont have faith in Jesus then dont listen duh..

Last night i had the privlage to see Red in the Winter Jam 2011 Tour, and i must say they where AMAZING live!! Although most of the emphasis was placed on NewsBoys, the real performance was delivered by Red. The power and passion they convey speaks so directly to my life, and has helped me through some pretty tough times.
Great job on the lyrics, and Red for the Win!!

@jdog4ever2 many of us (meaning Christians) seem to forget that we are like salt. It preserves, enhances flavor, and creates a thirst. We are to preserve the church and its morals while making people want to have a relationship with God. Also when they get a taste, they want more as if it were a thirst. But the Bible also states that salt sears wounds. We should not or ever force Christianity on someone. That would only make them hate it and resent it.

It is wrong to shove what you believe in down other people's throats. They are perfectly capable of making their own decisions, and if they so chose not to be christian, than so be it. personally, I was christian once, but I grew out of it when I realized that, Christianity wasn't for me. "God" and I had a parting of the ways. ;3

If they want to follow it, they will come to the faith. God is NOT going to just burn people for not beliving in him, he will burn the people who are actually bad people and reject their humanity.
