@MrBHolloway to me this song right now is about writers block...in a way. i can't tell you what it means. i think the lyrics are written purposely abstract and vague in the hopes that the listener might find their own meaning. Because your own meaning wil inevitably always be more poignant than any meaning the lyricist forces upon you.

yea tha lyrics do mean something . he's putting himself in a place of a person whos in tha hospital paralyzed "dead from tha neck up" and he's basically saying how that person must feel but in a unique way.

I just heard Mr.Zebra, it's VAGUELY reminiscent but not too directly. The truth is, there's two artists this sounds a lot like. Nick Drake, and Elliot Smith. It sounds a TON like a certain Nick Drake song...i think it's "The Fly", but I'll research it. It also sounds a little like Blind Faith's "Can't Find My Way Home".
