I don't think so. This is from a VHS tape from Comic Relief programme on tv. The only editing is that I cut it in 2 pieces, with a small overlap, to get it on utube. And I have seen no other posting but this one.

Actually I know so, it has been a few months since I watched it but I watched it several times. There is a different cut where Cilla says "who is your ideal woman" and Mr Bean says "well shirley bassey obviousley". They dont have the camera part. And Mr bean doesnt say "fat chance". And he acts much less
