My understanding was the bile ducts in the liver are the main source of these "lumps" not the gall bladder.
The testimonials are so wide spread and the reports of eliminating the need for surgery by cleansing are undeniable.
At the very least one would get a good "clean out". My father once told me that his mother would give him a "dose of the salts" when he felt ill and it helped him.
The lumps from the flush ingredients are formed in the intestines, not the gallbladder or ducts. Real gallstones form extremely slowly in the gallbladder and have a different texture, color, hardness, etc. from the lumps of saponified oil produced by the flushes.
And yes, the large amount of oil can help move bile out of the gallbladder reducing the risk of supersaturation of the bile. If real stones are present though they can lodge in the ducts requiring emergency surgery.
As for the "salts", Epson salts (ES) are magnesium sulfate. They provide magnesium, which provides a number of benefits to the body. But it does not cleanse the gallbladder. In fact, it can do just the opposite. ES are used to relax smooth muscle such as the bile ducts, which is supposed to aid in the expulsion of stones. The gallbladder though is composed of smooth muscle and is also relaxed by the ES. So the Epson salts can make someone feel better, but not from stone expulsion.
Simple. The process of saponification (soap production) requires more than just the ingredients from the so-called "liver flushes". They also require bile, which aids in the process. With the repeated "flushes" there is less bile present for the saponification process. Therefore you produce less of the soap stones people mistake for gallstones. Actually, fecal soaps are produced in the body all the time. But the big surge of bile and all that oil lead to larger clumps of soap.
In addition, sterols in the olive oil also bind with cholesterol forming insoluble complexes that are also frequently mistaken for real gallstones. The cholesterol the sterols bind with come from the bile. The more stagnant the bile it the most cholesterol it is saturated with. Therefore the regular use of the olive depletes the amount of cholesterol in the bile. This also reduces the formation of these pseudostones.
How do you suppose the people doing these so-called "liver flushes" keep producing more material than the gallbladder can possibly hold? In addition they do this repeatedly within days or weeks of the previous "flush". Real gallstones though are extremely slow to form though. Therefore, it would be impossible to pass more real gallstones than the gallbladder can form and to do this repeatedly long before new stones could form. All those blobs clearly are not real gallstones.
Not bad information at all. If you were paying attention I was referring to the blobs that exceed the size of the ducts. Gallstones grow very slowly any real gallstones of this size would be calcified. So yes, "liver flushing" with olive oil is a myth. Unfortunately, people who don't understand the concepts such as feeling better does not mean you passed REAL gallstones fall for this type of quackery. Analogy: morphine can make you feel better when you still have a broken leg.
And chemotherapy can kill cancer cells. This does not make it safe.
The caffeine in the coffee will absorb in to the bloodstream just as if it had been ingested orally. Caffeine over stimulates the adrenal glands leading to other health problems. Some of the functions of the adrenals include controlling stress, inflammation, blood sugar, blood pressure, water balance, energy, thyroid function, allergic responses, immune function, etc. Stressing the adrenals is dangerous.
When writing about this I always state "liver flushes" in the quotes because this is what they are incorrectly called. But they do not flush the liver. The purpose of the oil is to contract the gallbladder. The purpose of the magnesium is to relax the ducts. The gallbladder is not the liver. If they were really flushing gallstones as claimed then it should be called gallbladder flushes. But the oil can only force out the tiniest of stones, not the big blobs people are claiming to pass.
On the "liver flush" forums people claim what they passed were soft and squishy and melted if not frozen. None of these are consistent with real gallstones. Nor is the color, texture or anything else about these "stones" That is because they are not gallstones, they are soap stones formed by the ingredients. This fact was verified by people who sent their "stones" in to a lab for analysis where they were confirmed to be soap stones from the saponificaiton of ingested oil.
I do all these videos off the top of my head, no script. It is really difficult to try and remember all the points I wish to make and to keep everything in order when doing single long videos. I tried several times and ended up re-shooting the videos over and over. So I found it easier to simply do short clips where I could think about what I want to present now without thinking about what is next or what I am missing. I also think it is easier on people to find what they are looking for.
The fact that you do short vids is great. It keeps the attention of people and gets your information across according to the short attention span people now have. What information you pass along is excellent.
Thanks, I agree with the short videos being better. Usually when I come across long individual videos I usually skip them because I do not have the time to sit and watch the whole thing to get a little tidbit of information I am looking for. And when you do find it you still have to go back through to find it again after listening to the whole video. The only other option is to skip through the video to speed things up. Short videos make it easier to find information.

If the combined ingredients were forming the "stones" then how come they disappear after multiple treatments?

bad information there Poindexter. Calcified stones are older gallstones. I've done 3 flushes and all
have produced these stones. I always feel infinately better after the flush. It's not a myth

I thought the liver flush was supposed to flush the liver not the gallbladder? So you are talking about the gallbladder not the liver?
