  • I've watched a lot of Monty Python, but I have to admit that I don't remember that skit.

  • make them prove who they are before you will talk to them. "I need to you to give me your name" "spell that for me" "where's your oath of office" or whatever is required to hold the office of peace officer. They will never Id themselves and only give you orders, so serve them a bill. Cease and desist bothering me or pay me $1000 per minute to acquire my attention, do you understand? Film them being served and continueing to bother you. It's intent to commit fraud stating they have a right

  • paperwork, democratism, communism, common law, country, countries, affidavits, uniform commercial code, oaths, jurisdiction, constitution, bill of rights, blacks law dict, legality, inalienable/unalienable, freeman, human, civil, criminal, sovereign, acts, statutes, national, international treaties, legislation, etc, r they not all hearsay, fictitious & ambiguous?, isn't it just a meeting of the minds?.type in imbatman57 in youtube & talkshoe.com.

  • there cameras are EVERYWERE filming them and us and anyone else !!!

why is it a crime for citizens to use video for OUR evidence

    this is such bullshit!

  • PIG SHIT.

  • shouldn't be doing that job then should they if they are feeling harrased by someone with a camera. What a cop out excuse to get you away. OOOH im frightened by you filming me

  • I meant policeman -not boy.

  • We always hear of crimes happening around the country and the ordinary citizen reports the crime to the police and it is always read in the papers that the police are not interested. To be honest this so called pillock , I mean policeboy wearing a uniform with 'police' and a badge on it makes the police look absolutely pathetic and sad and a great big joke to the people of this country!

  • I hate video's that are sideways

  • Fucking nazi pig scum.

  • I'm not going to lie, the officer was well mannered and direct. What more can you ask from a police officer, from the videos i've seen this past year from america these cops are the best type there are.

They ask nicely, gave the guy a chance to move on, weren't intimidating so its the camera mans fault in my opinion. i cant fault the officers at all in this clip

  • He doesn't sound intimidated.

  • Research the term 'compensated psychopath".

It's actually quite common. It's a 'spectrum' condition so individuals that have it can have tendencies anywhere along a spectrum degree of possibilities/traits.

Psychopaths are very common and they're not just the serial killer types like you've been taught to think.

"compensated Psychopaths" are drawn to careers such as law enforcement, politics, Bankers, corporate business.

    Go figure!

Please research "compensated Psychopath" and pass the word.

  • thay are compleat ass holes thare. i like the police in the us better cus every time i have hade them tri to pull this shit with me i alweez tell them i no my rights and have a lawyer and that dount arest me or take my cammera.

  • This guy w the camera is a douche!

  • @hughster41 Pretty good. I got a new plasma screen.

(Not really, I live in Canada :p)

But seriously, when's the last time London saw it this bad? Probably not since WWII. Can L.A. say the same? And in any event, I was refering to the police, not the citizens.

  • There is going to be a time where the police are hunted down in the UK by mobs of angry people.

  • You couldn't make this up! the policeman is complaining about being filmed, but choosing to be right in front of the camera.

  • When the policeman said he was being "caused harm, harrassment and stress" because he was being filmed, you should have reminded him he was being filmed already by the CCTV cameras all around. He must feel constantly harrassed and distressed everytime he walkes on any street in any town in Britain.

  • Stop being a twat and causing trouble, they were quite right when they said they issued the warning when there was all of you

  • The police are only trying to do their jobs... granted there are allot of police out there over stepping the mark. But I happen to sympathise slightly, if I were trying to do my job and sort a situation out, having a camera constantly in my face would really irritate me and probably prevent me from being able to concentrate and do my job properly. I think it works both ways.

  • Freemason scum bag

  • "The role of the police is not to serve and protect the people. It is to serve and protect the system that rules over the people. To enforce the relations of exploitation and oppression, the conditions of poverty, misery and degradation into which the system has cast people and is determined to keep people in. The law and order the police are about, with all of their brutality and murder, is the law and order that enforces all this oppression and madness. " Bob Avakian (from BAsics)

  • Fucking pussy cops, causing him "alarm harrasment and distress".. heaven forbid if someone actually got violent with the cunt, what good would he be then?

  • they must have been bullied at school?

  • Litte Dick wipes aint they Lie Lie Lie

  • fucking cunts

  • OMG you are a asshole the cop asked you to stop and you did not

  • It's your right to carry a camera for your own safety and the safety of others

  • @Jamie4danielle i have a gun for t he same reason

  • Its no good filming them and bitching about how bad they are on youtube. You need to get them with the IPCC by complaining to them, getting them bad publicity and taking this evidence to them. Don't tell them you are filming them, thats the worst thing you can do. There are new watches you can buy with in-built hidden cameras to catch them out.

  • "Filming causes me harassment and distress"... bad cops are causing me harassment and distress

  • at the end of the day fuck the pigs but seriously why is there so many sad people who actually waste everyones time by doing this, what are you getting out of it? im sure theyd rather be stood having a polite argument with you than fighting crimes just make your fucking way and let them do their job

  • If he's intimidated by a camera then he should be fired for cowardice.

  • Wow these cops are incredibly polite. It's much different in America.

  • The UK is a pseudo-democracy, stop ignoring it, and fight it.

  • @blair91234 You have mental illness, stop ignoring it, and fight it.

You also don't live in the UK, so shut the fuck up you ignorant cock. I lived in the US for a year and it's a lot worse than the UK.

  • Just gone through all the comments to find out what happened after the arrest - WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? Did it go to court, charges dropped, WE NEED TO KNOW!!! Please tell. And that drone in the police costume is a big baby acting all tough. Bet he wanted to be a copper ever since he was a kid - muppet!

  • Thank you, Tony Blair for your 3000 new laws in your ten year administration.

  • haha the stupid police saying "stop filming your incriminating me" stupid fucks incriminate themselves when they break the law and pretend its the law

  • I love the way these people keep asking for what section etc etc. Guess what folks....the police don't have to give you the exact reason why you are being arrested. Only in the UK are the police nice enouigh to argue with you about it, in any other nation you would be forcibly moved across the road, beaten, or immediately arrested. How about you don't abuse your Rights, then you might not have to deal complaints from members of the public. Basically you are annoying cunts, shut the fuck up.

  • @maureenOWW

Your reasoning seems to be that because police are worse elsewhere then that means that the police here shouldn't be scrutinised and we should just be 'grateful for what we've got'? That seems pretty shoddy reasoning to me. Just because other police forces are worse does not mean our own should not be held to a high standard.

  • What a complete bunch of idiots these two "officers" are.....tut tut

  • lmao, and there was i thinking the nazis had lost the war,

  • @irishgeal1 these are the most irritating, stupid and pointless comments - comparing a potential infringement of the right to protest(only leading to crossing the road) to the cause of WW2 and the people who carried out the holocaust....seriously although there is grounds to co plain about this dont even start to compare it to Nazi Germany!

  • A police state.

  • @blair91234 Police states don't let you post videos criticizing them on Youtube, you dozy cunt. Try living in the real world.

  • @maureenOWW Non-Police States let you film important and unimportant locations anywhere one pleases. Wake the fuck up idiot, you're living in submission.

  • @blair91234 'Non-Police States let you film important and unimportant locations anywhere one pleases' - you do realise britain has the most liberal laws regarding photography of any western democracy, right? I mean you've done you research, RIGHT? Or are you just TALKING SHIT AGAIN? Hmm? Yes, I thought so. What a fucking moron. I've taken photos all over the UK, never been approached by the police once. In France, Spain, Italy and the US I have been asked (or told) to stop. Evidence triumphs.

  • @maureenOWW You sitting on your computer telling me that your laws regarding photography are more lax than ours does not make it true, gtfo.

  • @blair91234 That doesn't make it true, but IT IS TRUE. Sorry if the facts don't agree with your extremist fantasy worldview. Take your mental illness elsewhere you werido.

  • @maureenOWW Tell me what happens if you film a cop in England, cop approaches you, demands your name...you refuse?...you get fucking arrested, all because your a "suspicious person" filming, if it happens here the officer gets in trouble and most cops know the law.

  • @blair91234 'Tell me what happens if you film a cop in England, cop approaches you, demands your name...you refuse?...you get fucking arrested, all because your a "suspicious person" filming'. - In the UK if a cop asks your name you are under no obligation to give it. You can, in fact, LIE about your name and give a false one - I have done this myself, I said I was 'Lee Majors' (6 Million Dollar Man guy). Only if you have been ARRESTED are you legally required to give your name. Ok? Got it now?

  • @blair91234 "living in submission" i have now taken that from u and will use it to open the minds of the mass population of sheeple

  • I'm offended that everytime I go to the shops I'm on film, so fuck you rookie cop cock!

  • if a police officer even touches you he or she has assaulted you .

  • What a delightfully pleasant and intellectually stimulating midday conversation!

I wish everyone talked like that in the U.S. :(

  • @curry2010 We get filmed every day without permission

  • cockhead cunt coppers

  • I was in a similar situation, luckily for me thanks to the recording I won my court case :-)

  • Pc dick head!!!

  • isn't this one of those nanny state countries that have govt. cameras on every street corner?

  • What happened!?

  • Things are so much more civil in the UK. American cops would have arrested you, beat you, and distroyed your camera four minutes before that video ended.

  • @hack451 surely that make them as bad as the criminals, if you police the streets like thugs then people will act like thugs towards them.

  • @allxknowing1 Didn't suggest otherwize; just remarking on the difference.

  • He can't make a complaint under the public order act as he isn't a memebr of the public when he is on duty! Wot a dick.

  • can't you guys let someone just do their job?

  • @mutatedchicken Are you serious? Your missing the point completey. There is no law preventing the general public from filming in a public place. That includes the filming the police. I am sick and tired of the police making up laws and scaring us into believing that we should do as they say even if we are not guilty of breaking any law. Wake the fuck up you melon. lol.

  • take the the cock out of your mouth nefore you talk

  • he has no lawful jurisdiction make you move or stop filming in a public place.

  • wrongful arrest! wow what a bully, why?

  • Section 5 of the public order act was put in place to enable the police to arrest any one they like with out any real reason

  • how can he be intimidated alarmed or harassed when there is two of them with weapons and they are threatening to arrest you and all you are doing is recording what's happening

  • only AFTER he realised he messed up he decided he didnt want to be filmed lolll Prat!!

  • making it up as they go along. only issued it AFTER they found out the "section"

  • Fucking pussy

  • BOYCOTT TUCSON AZ THEY KILLED MY DOG SUKI ON 1/5/2011

  • no aero.im not like you. and to aaronharms. only "cuntface " i see here is you try a little thing we call "EDUCATION " people stop trying to look smart and saying " I KNOW THE LAWS" if you did you would have known this cameraman got what he deserved. ALL im saying is, what if someone was filming you when you didnt want them to? would you want them to tell you "too bad i know the law cuntface. ? think befor you type..oh..and grow up a little aaronharm. cussing doesnt make you look big.

  • @zybanday when your in public, people are allowed to film you, that is part of their freeom.. You are always being recorded by cctv.. Is that ok because they are doing it from a distance and they can't hear whats being said??

  • @zybanday But he is allowed to film to collect evidence for court, regardless of what the police officer says. He made that clear so he isn't in breach. Notice the copper starts threatening to arrest him for filming after he states he's doing it for evidence. However, he did act in dishonour by asking what section they were acting under (knowing full well what they were going to say) and telling everyone he was with to fuck off while the police were getting comfirmation. That was underhanded.

  • @MrZyban Are you stupid?

  • Im glad the dick with the camera got arrested and hope maybe some jail time will cure his wannabe smartass attitude. I hope there are alot more cops like them.

  • @MrZyban Why, he was exercising his rights as a human being. That dickhead of an officer was abusing the law and his uniform. Thinking that because he has a badge and a 'Public order act' that he can arrest whoever he wants. If he doesn't want to to be filmed, and its distressing him, go and arrest the people recording CCTV for causing 'Alarm, Distress or Harrasment.'

  • @MrZyban What? Little faggots that get scared of of being filmed? The coppers a little cunt coward who needs to toughen up. I hope he gets an aids needle jammed in his eye the worthless little gangster. Same goes for you cunt face.

  • @curry2010 . It would constitute a breach of his human rights. Even Police have that. Also whats to say that the this film would not be used for some malice.

  • That stupid prick of a copper was lucky that the cameraman had the restraint not to nut his fucking nose off, rookie tosser.

"irish stew under section 5 of the purblic urder act, for causing me halarm, adistress, end for arrassing me"

What a complete and utter cock. Its easy to see why HE is given an easy beat. Would love to see him at a local derby football match, the wanker.

  • Bloody police lol... Filming is not a section 5. You have the right to film them so long as you are in a public area. The only other thing they can arrest you for, whilst filming, is "anti terrorism act"

Look up "cveitch" on YouTube and you'll see my angle lol

  • when a cop says "we've had complaints" there's a 89% chance he's lying his ass off.

  • @beefyoso same as when they tell you they have witnesses

  • for once the police are ok and the bloke with the camera is being a prick

  • You spoke to me..it's causing me alarm, distress and I feel harassed and for that I am arresting you. Great one for my work I would be arrestting people all day.

  • FUCK THE POLICE

  • 66 coppers disliked this video

  • LOL COMMON LAW SAYS YA CAN FILM IN THE PUBLIC LOL

  • policeman was a knob, what was the outcome after the arrest? Surely you weren't charged.

  • well actually all you lot sayin harden the fuck up and shit like that, under the new terrorism laws, Section 76 of the Counter Terrorism Act, It permits the arrest of anyone found "eliciting, publishing or communicating information" relating to members of the armed forces, intelligence services and police officers during their daily duties. you must have written consent from either the officer/soldier themselves or their CO/superintendant.

  • and believe me id rather get nicked under section 5 public order act than section 76 of the counter terrorism act, its the difference between a caution, or prison time and also never getting a job again apart from in al jazeera

  • @luxonic

    elicit [ɪˈlɪsɪt]

    vb (tr)

    1. to give rise to; evoke to elicit a sharp retort

    2. to bring to light to elicit the truth<<<<<<<<<<<<< wha

  • @luxonic I'm pretty sure you would have to prove the terrorism link in order to get up on the charge at court! I imagine it would be a serious charge and this incident would be laughed out with costs against police awarded to the defendant...

  • UK POLICE - SCUM

  • I WOULD BE SO ASHAMED IF I WAS THAT MAN COP, THEY GOTA BE TAKING THE PISS OUT OF HIM IN WORK- NICK NAMED IM SKIDS PROBZ!!

HOW THE HECK CAN HE DO HIS JOB, HE MUST BE SHITTIN IN HIS PANTS ALL DAY LONG..... DEFO CHOOSE THE WRONG LINE OF WORK ''COME ON''

  • It is not illegal to film someone in a public place in the UK. If that were so how do we get to see the police documentaries such as those on BBC 1 that follow the police and film them and the public. Or how do the news film a member of parliament on Parliament Square, or how will the TV film the upcoming royal wedding if they need permission form the millions of people there? Anyone can take pictures or film in a public place. the cop was wrong and so fell back to good old Section 5

  • Uk police are just freedom fuckin twats

  • Okay let me ask you, if a person walked up to your son/daughter would you want them randomly filming them? if someone stood in front of you and kept filming you when you asked them to stop would you think it's right? just because he's a police officer doesn't make a difference, what right do you have to purposely film someone without their permission? if you actually check you don't

  • @jackie901 actually its your first ammendment right in America (i believe its legal in Britain also) to film in a public place. Its idiots like you that allow police to continue misrepresenting the law.

  • @ocylot Well that's fine and dandy but you're American, we have a different policing system here please remember that, it's illegal to film any person in Britain without that persons consent firsthand, further interpretation is if that person is under 16 then it is also a breach of the sex offenders act, by refusing to shut off the camera your are breaching section 5 public order act by carrying out an action which a person deems to cause them distress.

  • You take a sub human, put a uniform on him or her and give them a bit of power, and what do you get?? A police officer. They then think that they can treat normal members of the public just how they like, usually like shit. YET these sub human fascist fuckheads forget (because they have very small brains), It is us public tax payers that pay there wages.

  • My brother Markus Bott had been arrested for taking 1 photograph of policemen in public and they tried to frame him with resisting state power. In Berlin Germany. Half a year later the BND which is the former GESTAPO began to torture him to stop him continuing our homepage, linked on my channel. After 5 years of torture he was assassinated on 11.7.09.

  • Guys guys, quiet down, he's trying to explain why he's guilty of being a poor cop to the camera.

  • what a fucking nob

  • did those cops lose their jobs as they should?

  • Towns and cities are full of camera's!

    He is a liar!

  • Those UK cops are some real nancies eh? "Ooo, I'm intimidated by yer cameras. Ooo yer distressing and alarming me! Ooo I'm a nancy wot's afraid of unarmed videographer's"

I bet Churchill is spinning massive revs in his large grave. What happened to the UK that helped defeat Hitler? Don't worry little UK buddies, the cops started trying this in the States but we still have the right to bear arms and they won't get away with as much here as they are there. The people will stop them... I hope.

  • what a fucking dick head that copper is

  • @Pikesterful Couldn't imagine Bob Cryer from the bill doing that.

  • @Pikesterful welcome to police state britain

  • If you're 'Alarmed, distressed and harrassed' by a calm and well spoken member of the public you should, under section 705 of the 'Harden the (Fuck Up) Act' be placed on restricted duty until such time as your testicles descend into your shrivelled scrotum.

  • @bulleuston76 Rather have a semi-polite cop than the asses who go straight to arresting.

  • @bulleuston76 hahahahahahahahahaha well put

  • @bulleuston76 well said

  • @bulleuston76 brill!

  • @bulleuston76 Perhaps the best observation ever on youtube! LMFAO! Also, how can the cop feel "harrassed" if the filmer is retreating and the cop is walking towards him and in his face?

  • @bulleuston76 awwww baby. Don't get your knickers in a twist. You might sound like the lefty with all the time on his hands that filmed this back fired film. 'I'm gathering evidence".... weak

  • @bulleuston76 I suggest you shut the fuck up you fascist bastard!

  • @Jonny30284 Mate I don't even know who you areor care but in the interest of sporting spirit, fuck your-self also!

  • I love how some laws are written. "Causing alarm, harassment, or stress" can mean anything the police want it to mean at any given moment.

  • Who else was expecting this dude to get tazered and beaten severely?

  • Fascist bully boys!

  • The cop was feeling alarmed, harassed and distressed at realising he was caught on camera acting like a total fucking tool.

  • i dont like being filmed bcoz i just realised i just made a prick out of myself so im going to lock u up for making me do that

  • Have you got nothing better to do than argue with Police about technicalities? Stop being a whinging idiot and do as you're asked to do

  • @willyonamission11 its not about being a whinge, its about freedom of speech and to protest without harrassment. From what I saw the policeman was doing all the harrassing

  • @skateyuk No from what we hear in the video the protesters are intimidating members of the public walking by, hence the officer asking them to move. From that point on the idiot with the camera doesnt argue the point he is being intimidating he just endevours to question why the officer doesnt know the specific reference of every enforceable law off the top of his head. He's no different to feckless time wasting chavs.

  • @willyonamission11 Yeah what a dickhead the officer is!

  • @willyonamission11 Yeah what a dickhead the officer is! He wants locking up.

  • @TRJ90210

    Not wrong!!

  • @willyonamission11 the law was not broken, the officer could not arrest one person for protesting so missused the privacy law. It is not against the law to film in a public place, or even film the police going about their normal duty. Officers still have to act within the law, even if they are time wasting chafs.

  • @skateyuk Yeah and he should be arrested too.

  • Harassment and distress? LMFAO GROW THE FUCK UP!

  • like omg! OMG! omg! ppl in the UK are sideways..how do you folks walk without falling down?...holy crap! and omg!

  • I had to comment again... That officer is one hell of a BIG BABY.

  • @wobbers99 AGREED! lmfao

  • @wobbers99 Yeah,what a dickhead!

  • @wobbers99 Yeah,what a dickhead! He's the problem.

  • You cant film for shit hold ya damm camera steady ffa

  • Just punch the guy in the face then take out the bitch

  • if he is distressed then its up to him to leave ..the fact that he is not removeing himself proves that hes not distressed and is in fact lying .......plus for a police officer to say he is alarmed by a camera then he is not fit to carry out his duties as a PEACE officer..these 2 clearly werent upholding or protecting the publics peace ,thesefore he broke the law plain and simple...we need to start an oath-keepers group to remind police of this oath the seem to forget about

  • WHAT A COMPLETE GOON THAT OLD BILL IS LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE

  • Whingy little bitch (you) - just piss off to the other side of the road and get on with it, whether he's right or wrong. Far apart from the law, YOU were being unreasonable in this situation. Presides, just go back when they've gone.

  • Spot on. At least he didn't blow a bubble at him like the farce at the G20 summit.

Imagine that.. full SWAT team to disarm a bubble blower.

They don't like it up em Mr Manwearing ll

  • And yet they film us on put it on TV!!

  • This guys good (1:53)

What's a section 14? Sounds like Nazi's. And why are they there for one guy?

  • This guys good (1:53)

    What's a section 14? Sounds like Nazi's

  • This guys good (1:53)

  • Why the fuck are you in the middle of the road?

  • so you shuold have told him you were alrmed and distressed by the 45 cctv cams pointed at all of you and to turn those off.

  • Oh yeah police officers have the right to privacy, apparently there human too.

  • good man

  • Comment removed

  • atleast stop filming outta respect.. not everyone wants to end up on youtube. they can be dickheads BUT WHO DO WE RUN TO WHEN SHIT HAPPENS? go figure :)

  • @MrRsf22

You runb to the Police when shit happens....how very twee :)

  • @kaysho

Yeh like when i was 8 walking home from school and my step father pulled my mum into an ally way and started knee'ing her in the face.. i didnt bother with ghost busters i run to the phone box and called the police.

  • @MrRsf22

Maybe your mum was with the wrong guy....

  • @kaysho

well obviously lol..i think she figured that out that day but im 18 now and she's been with someone else 9 years thats never hit her. the day the police came, an ambulance was called too (he hurt her bad) he attacked the police woman kicked her in the chest she went flying and tried to attack the paramedics but the guy copper held him down, my mums bf was pretty big.. if it wernt for the police, what next? like them or not, at some point in ur life u'll need them. and their there.

  • @MrRsf22

    was he drunk right?

  • @kaysho

    nope

  • @MrRsf22

my first diagnosis was right....wrong guy....anyway, obviously in your case you need a community body that can help...not police in riot gear keeping us safe from "TERRorISM" .............................................................. :0) with tazers and stun guns and tanks and Guns FFS..... :/

The POlic (Y) enforcers are nothing short of revenue collectors nowadays....

  • @kaysho community body? have u ever been in this situation? and it doesnt take a genius to figure out she was with "the wrong guy" ppl are not always how they seem. i was 8 years old what else would you have done? i phoned the police, they come, took him away, saved my mother getting another beating.. you're just tryna find alternatives but i have no time machine :/

  • @MrRsf22

im not a genius... :( i know that, thanks for pointing it out...what im actually saying is that we dont need "corporate police" we need "local peace keepers" .. :0 Peace ;)
