Frankly Harry, these type of glass doors are the best I have seen on a standard design. Otis have been going a long time so they are pretty sophisticated, don't you think? I mean it's a big international brand. I wonder if they are American? Wouldn't surprise me...

Oh Yes, I ike all Glass lift desigs. They probably are but the displays hey use on tis ind are the standard english design. Great comment!!

Yes, I like the voice and the glass design matches the display and buttons. And yes Ilove the glass doors too. But do you prefere the metal doors with windows in them like Keighely Lifts do or do you prefere whole glass doorslike this? I prefere the Old 60's lifts with windows and the new glass lift designs. Apart from thatall of te other lifts I don't like much.

The voice at the elevators at Queens hospital has a Kone voice or a Otis voice?

OTIS but they do occasionaly use KONE HT voices in them.

Well you usually get those types of gas bulbs in Otis elevators and I think you could be right. Thanks for the Responce on my other video of this.

The Buttons are know as Halo Type ( after the round ring thats usually around an angel head!) They r usually green or red but otis are now installing Blue as well. This unit looks like a gen 2 but sounds like a hydraulic.

Well if it was a hydraulic it woul be the fastest hydraulic elevator I have seen well as the Gen2 would be this fast and stop smoothly and start smoothly so yeah it must be a Gen 2

They have to be hydraulic because i can't see any ropes or belts on the top and the size looks bigger than 2000KG(25 or 26 Persons). Plus, it's a goods lift so goods lifts are usually hydraulic

The lift was a hydraulic and I think it was a good I dea for installing a hydraulic elevator in for the goods lifting

whoa thats really rattly for such a new elevator! i was in an elevator in england and the lobby was sort of built and floating on the river thames, so when you went in the lifts you could feel it swaying as the river swayed the building!

well this elevator wasn't swaying in anyway it was needing oil so the guied rails were rubbing. And I would like that building in the themes to go there

I think it was something to do with hydraulics or the guied rails, I had no idea what that sound was either
