Osho left us many ways to open our hearts. The meditative therapies are so helpful. I wonder how many people would have stopped meditating if they only had the ancient techniques like vipassana or zen meditation. In the beginning i was confused and crazy in my head. After expressing that and dancing and laughing simple sitting was possible. I´m very grateful for that.

Osho was definitely enlightened and light poured out of him, but he went off on tangents. What does sex have to do with enlightenment? Why is monogamy not conducive

Osho's teachings are demonic, and beginners on The Path can be easily led astray and confused, as Osho's statements were PURPOSELY misleading.
