I don't know if you're answering anymore comments. But can I get ALL the artifacts on Treasure Hunt mode? Or do I have to do it as the main story mode?

@KickAssGamez Yes, you should be able to get all treasures and relics in Treasure Hunt mode. That's what it was designed for. I've heard of a few possible glitches with missing treasures, but so far nothing on missing relics.

@stellalune What I'm worried about is the missing treasures. That's the last trophy I need. And somehow I'm missing 5 or less in every level -.-

@KickAssGamez Treasure Hunt was designed for that purpose, so you shouldn't have trouble. Glitched treasures are rare and usually occur in a replay of the regular game, not in Treasure Hunt mode. You should be fine. :)

why is it that in your video, no enemies attack you, and when I go to do it, as fast as you are by the way, I get assraped by shitty Windex Zombies? They knock me off shit, and I drown in the Windex. WTF?

@deathdealer004 I'm afraid I don't know. Different version, maybe, or different difficulty level? This video was made with the PC game on medium ("Tomb Raider") difficulty. I found the enemies in this area were a lot more aggressive and respawned for much longer in the Xbox 360 version, even on the same difficulty setting. Never played the PS3 version, though.

would you believe it.. this is the ONLY thing that's keeping me from getting this game's Platinum! no matter how i jump after the grapple, Lara just WOULDN'T grab the ledge! and its so frustrating, since if you get it wrong you have to do it all the switches over again, no use in saving the game! well I got here with the help of your videos anyways thanks man.

help me!!! why the hell does a thrall pop up out of the water just before i get to the 3rd switch..... AS IF THEY NEEDED TO MAKE THIS THING HARDER??????

@89craignufc Which version of the game are you playing? Sometimes you can clear them all out and then use the checkpoint on the far side of the room, reload and the thralls will stop spawning. Doesn't work in all versions though. :(

@stellalune i'm playing the xbox 360 version, ive tried that to get rid of it but when i die later on trying to get relic he just comes back haha. i can now, with ease, get to the 4th switch, i just grenade the thrall. i actually keep dying when trying to jump from pillar to the low wall at 1:17 now though ahah....

this will be the most rewarding achievement i have EVER gotten when i eventually do it hahah (thanks to your awesome walkthrough)

@89craignufc You could try dropping down to the ledge instead of jumping onto the tall post.Then jump to the short post and from there to the wall. It'll take a couple of extra seconds, but maybe if you're fast enough in the other parts of the run, it'll be enough.

@89craignufc Tell me about it! It must've taken me 30 tries the first time. You're right that you do get a big sense of satisfaction once you finally nail it, though. Especially if you've gotten the others and unlock that achievement.

Right, I managed to do it about 15 more attempts after posting. Bloody hard but I did it! It was much easier when I did it on the PS3 lol.

OMFG no word of a lie, I am on my 60th attempt of this relic, and I can't do it. The Xbox versions are SOOOO much more picky about angles and timing - I noticed it the other games, but it's particularly prominent in this one. The ledge at 0:36 I always either land on and slide off, or the other side of it, even taking my time to line up the jump. :(

@mattjasonhardwick I hear that! This whole section took me ages longer on the Xbox than on the PC. Wish I had some magic fix, but I think it's just a matter of persistence...and trying to stay relaxed while you do it. At least that helped me. When I'd tense up, it just made it harder. I just assumed it wasn't ever going to happen...then eventually it did. ;)

I'm seriously depressed after watching these. I can't believe how much they dumbed down the game for the PS2. It's just so different. I guess I need a new console to see the "real" version now a days. Anyway, thanks for sharing Stella. Your guides have helped me out many a time. :D

The Wii game is similar to the PS2, but even that one has a few extra features and areas to help make up for what was taken out. :( I'm guessing TR9 won't even be available for PS2. Maybe it's time to save up for a PS3 or Xbox 360. The prices are coming down.... :)
