I was very skeptical of this at firat...(not of your method but that I could actually do it this easy). Followed what you said and my patch came out looking great!! Thanks for posting this!
This is a simple effective way to put knockdown on a wall it works and is quick and not to messy. I tried a roller and this is much easier for a small space. Thank you Paul!!
It is obvious that this guy is a POW still stuck in Asia. From the looks of it, he is in a labor camp. It is time to assemble the team and get him out.
@TheNono101 I bought a texture roller for $10 and after 5 seconds I knew it was a waste of money. The roller would not roll. It would only slide. I also tried a 5/8" nap roller. It wouldn't roll either when loaded op with mud. :-(
Nice trick for a small remodel job. Wouldn't use it to patch or match old kncdwn texture thg.

Why do you have Cantonese music playing in the background?
besidesg 1 year ago
@besidesg It's Thai music. My wife is Thai and it's like the K-Tell top hits of the past 20 years. Sometimes it's better than screaming punks. :-)

@besidesg - I love the music. I have 160GB of tunes when I work ranging from Bengali to metal to smooth jazz to Gospel- ya baby
