Yes the word the is in the wrong place obviously. But if you take into account the crown is in the background then you would see that it reads United States (The King) of America. The Crown is perfectly centered over the Presidents head. I know you pointed this out in the video but I'm just restating this. I would not have notice that the word the was the 33rd word or that it adds up to 33. Yeah so that's pretty much a guarantee that the masons used that as a signature.
