Is Casey Anthony the stupidest criminal that ever happened or what? I still can't believe that she could steal a cheque out of the car she was lent and went ahead and used it and didn't think she was going to get caught - mind you not quite as stupid as the lies she told LE about missing Caylee. And the lies she told about working at Universal.... Its stunning, has anyone done an IQ test on this girl - she must be sub-intelligent as well as a sociopath.
IMO she should be 'tried' for anything and everything every step of the way...just like she has to appear at every motions hearing. I don't want/wish that she committed this murder but someone did!
The whole idea of wanting to take Casey to trial now for fraud is to simply keep her in the public eye. Her murder trial is about a year away. By then all this media frenzy will have subsided, it already has to a point. They don't want people forgetting about Casey, so if they can try her, keep her in the media thats what they want. Thats my guess. Although, if they let her fade away a little, picking a jury would be easier, and no need to change location.
If I was Amy, you bet I'd drag her thru fraud charges. More embarassment 4 kc b4 the needle, & then I could get close enough 2 throw a roundhouse square in her lying nasty face, GO AMY!! POP HER ONE!!!
Casey did the crime she needs to do the time. Regardless. She stole. It isn't dirty. Victims do deserve to have justice. Why not? The defense nuts and I think it's great.
