I have smoked for the past 16 years, and quit twice. I need to do it permanently, but every time something stressful happens that pack sitting on the desk taunts me. I jog around 2-3 miles a day and while jogging I don't need one. After jogging right when I sit down, I light one right up. I'm trying to quit again as of yesterday, but since the temperature has been 105-115 lately and the ac went out, its a real test.
@ustatbot :: Yes this is I. I am studying the problem of addiction psychology and I made this video to make a point. We are so addicted to the most addicting drug on planet earth that is actually LEGAL! This is the problem I have with it. Why would something more dangerous biologically; be legally than weed?
How I definitely quit smoking? Made the decision knowing it would take time to reverse the habit. Then watched my smoking habits 4 a while 'til I could not be surprised by myself lightning a cig. From there it was easy to decide to smoke this cig or not to. I used to feel much better after not smoking it. Without knowing, this was a new habit I was imprinting...
Smoking is a habit controlled by our unconscious, so no logical excuse like "it's bad 4 ur health" will help. All the best...
@betolimoun: Thank you! I am happy to hear your feed back! I was actually showing that in the video...Your comment "Smoking is a habit controlled by our unconscious, so no logical excuse like "it's bad 4 ur health" will help." is exactly why directed this video in this way...You are wise my friend! Best of luck to you as well. I also hope you laughed...:]
