@GimmeKitty You can get three types of bacon here: raw, cooked and smoked. This one is smoked. However, octopus arms are just hard to get, but if you are fine with calamaris heads those might work too.

You know that fusion "restaurant" is one of my least favourite place? Last time I went to one they served so called "soba noodles" as thick as udon noodles and the whole was tasteless..
@lankeysob Its Japanese sukiyaki hot sauce (red bottle) and soy sauce (brown/black bottle). Before that comes a thick sauce made of fried onions, tomato and garlic. And yeah ... its more like a westernized version based on the Japanese Takoyaki receipt. THX4watching
I loooooove TakoYaki but you cannot get reallllly good and big, fat ones here in Seattle, unfortunately. Arrggggh :(
