@nafsiammara nebelwerfers, Gallilopes could be. I always thought they were Katyushas, but i cant be sure sincei dont see the vehicle. I think nebelwerfers have a 6 round shot, so that would be a lot of werfers in a very small spot, but gallilopes or katyushas is very well possible

Thats not artilery fire. It some sort of truck made by the russians(cant remeber the name right now), it fired missles, sort of like artilery/AA gun. It can take down planes or have a heavy effect on the ground.

The V-2 was some crazy shit, looked like one of those rockets people drew in the 50s. The invented a prototype to the helicopter. And you can use the 285MM to fire bombs, check out this other guys videos. Even out of all the weapons of WWII my favorite is a german, the MG42. 1500RPM!!! Half of an Aero's RPM, and that has 6 barrells, and an engine. Germans had the best tanks, artiellry, weapons, and were developing a Atom bomb before the USA but the still lost because hitler was gay. GO USA
lol, that and their fighter technology up to late 1944-45 was crap. case-in-point, the bf-109/110 fighters. they designed it basically for performance only, never considered range, armor, etc. They got away with it early on because no one was a real threat to them at that point, but during the battle of Britian, they were helplessly slaughtered by the Hurricane and Spitfire. And most of the time, the fighters had to retreat for fuel during air raids, leaving the bombers on their own.
The german fighters were stuka dive bombers, great dive bombers shitty fighters. So thats why most retreated. Plus i never really said that germans made great planes, just great weapons. But its an honest mistake, sorry about that.
Yes, Katyusha was more like the assault type of artillery. Its accurancy rate was very low, but it helped very much from the psychological point of view - imagine few battalions of Katyushas firing their rockets simultaneously towards the enemy lines. The Germans were scared to death...

@Numira A mere 7 men stopped Pipers battlegroup in the Ardennes for two hours, thus allowing time for units to be shifted behind them. The 99th Infantry (a completly green division) held off the Leibstandarte without much difficulty. The 101st and supporting elements weren'tt even at full strengt and held Bastogne against 4 German divisions, two of which were Panzer.
Question...Have you military service? I have 7 years US Army, primarily as a Tanker (M60a3)

@frak6666 (In my oppinion German/Nazi's fell in WWII becouse for one, they were under hitler, a strong and powerful dictator that pushed the war movement far too much. He was fighting all of Europe and his forces were quite tired by the time U.S. was involved in Europe. Stalins Soviet union was very week and poor by the end of the war, they had more men they considered "disposable" than men. it was 2 men for one gun. and yes the Soviet winter were crippling to any troops there including the US

Thats not artilery fire. It some sort of truck made by the russians(cant remeber the name right now), it fired missles, sort of like artilery/AA gun. It can take down planes or have a heavy effect on the ground.

Yes, the first 88 mm FLACK's were used as AA guns, but when the Germans successfully installed 88mm barrel to the Panzer IV and they got great results with this caliber, the Germans realized that they can use 88 mm FLACK's not only as AA guns but also as an artillery against armored units and vehicles

The flaks were used every damn thing, it was also used as an artillery gun, because it was good. Germans were good at making some crazy weapons, like the 3 story tall, 285MM. But i am glad they lost the war because i am brown, and Nazi's would hate me.

youre right, the nazis made pretty insane weapons, the 88mm, the 285mm (i actually heard that from some unknown source that they were thinking ov using it to fire atomic shells), the V-1 pilotless flying bomb (although highly inaccurate, it scared the shit out ov their enemies), the V-2 rocket, the Mescherschmit ME 262 jet fighter, they practically invented modern warfare as we know it

The V-2 was some crazy shit, looked like one of those rockets people drew in the 50s. The invented a prototype to the helicopter. And you can use the 285MM to fire bombs, check out this other guys videos. Even out of all the weapons of WWII my favorite is a german, the MG42. 1500RPM!!! Half of an Aero's RPM, and that has 6 barrells, and an engine. Germans had the best tanks, artiellry, weapons, and were developing a Atom bomb before the USA but the still lost because hitler was gay. GO USA

lol, that and their fighter technology up to late 1944-45 was crap. case-in-point, the bf-109/110 fighters. they designed it basically for performance only, never considered range, armor, etc. They got away with it early on because no one was a real threat to them at that point, but during the battle of Britian, they were helplessly slaughtered by the Hurricane and Spitfire. And most of the time, the fighters had to retreat for fuel during air raids, leaving the bombers on their own.

Yes, Katyusha was more like the assault type of artillery. Its accurancy rate was very low, but it helped very much from the psychological point of view - imagine few battalions of Katyushas firing their rockets simultaneously towards the enemy lines. The Germans were scared to death...
