  • Hey man, awesome physique. Just one question: what's the total number of muscle you have gained since you started bodybuilding? What was your natural weight before you started? In what time period did you gain that amount of muscle? With these numbers I can calculate how much muscle you gain per week and per month. Thanks in advance for the ino.

  • @xBl00dBrothersX i was 155 two and half years ago....220 in this video....but around 11% bodyfat. and i gained quick by stopping all cardio....."lift heavy and eat heavy"

  • @BodyByKirill 75lbs in 2.5yrs = 2.7lbs/month = 0.675lbs/week. I don't know where I read this, but it said under ideal conditions one can gain up to 0.5lbs of muscle mass per week and you're about that. I see. I'm about 155lbs right now, your age. I already knew it takes about 2.5-3 years to gain a decent amount of muscle mass. Ugh, life in NYC is too damn busy to "commit" into a bodybuilding, but for over a year I've wanted to do it and soon I'll start. Excellent physique man!

  • great mate!! youre lacking back size though

  • serious muscle density...would not have known by watching your pumpingmuscle clip.

Are you planning to compete again?

  • @cparkw85 planning on a physique show in 2012

  • @BodyByKirill Does training for physique competitions differ from training for bodybuilding shows? or is it pretty much the same?

  • @cparkw85 it will be my first physique show this year, but i train the same for it.....up until 2 weeks before show at least......bodybuilders diet and training.

  • danm very monster arm and pec !:o how old are you?how many measurer your arm?

  • @samcherif I just turned 20 years old.....I measured my arms at 18 inches in this video......and THX :)

  • Have the most enormous pecs.

  • Looking sensational!

  • Great Body man,,, total motivation !
