I think I know which comercial you are talking about, I honestly hate that commercial for redoing this song. The original version of this song is the best. However, speaking of what it reminds you of, this song reminds me of one of my old girlfriends, we sang it once and I was really sad after she left me and I just could not bear to hear this song for so long, but it's still an awesome song with a great AMV.
