In Dallas in the mid 60's my band and I would go to Ft. Worth and watch Bugs at The Cellar. I was one of the very FEW drummmers he would let sit-in with him. Good Times!

odd that you're in Palm Springs. . .that's where Bugs is from originally. He moved to Tyler back in the early sixties. . .Mouse of Mouse and the Traps gave him the nickname Bugs cuz' he was so fast on the guitar he said he was fast as Bugs Bunny.

@nsra1933 --yes. . .that's what I said when I mentioned Palm Springs. Like a lot of folks, he got to Texas as quickly as he could.

probably one of the greatest guitar players the world will NEVER know. He used to sit in with my old band at Mother Blues (now a parkinglot/carwash) in Dallas. He's cool.
