Your detailed instruction is a pleasure to behold.Our Kicking Set has us throw left and right kicks working each side equally at full range and (upon return to the starting position) short range kicks including stomp kicks knees sweeps and trips,following the pattern you do.We break the body into 4 zones and kick into each zone,thus quadrupling the number of kicks.Plus we use paddles,air shields,and light contact drill variants to ensure quality reps and muscle memory.
sensei hi, my name is Alejandro im a 2nd degree black, and i have one question regarding forms. in kenpo when we do our forms do e need to rush through em or can we do it at a medium speed so that it really looks gracfuly and artistis. im aksing because one of my masters saw me working on my form 4 and he said do it faster because if u dont its not kenpo, you need to speed in he said. so please if you guys could give me a hint I will apreciate it.
@alexcolman1 tell ur sensi that i need to get good at it first before u get spead in kata first u must memorize the set second u use power in the kata and third u maxamize ur form and make it faster rushing it will make ur form sloppy
