  • the very first time i heard this i thought this was conducted and made by Handel or Mozart but i'm wrong it was John William who made this for the film Empire!

  • Very good, i have the original movie and this is as good or better.

  • waanzinnig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm almost lost for words...when listening to this Suo Gan...it is absolutely divine. I some how feel cleansed after hearing it ...its just so pure.

I just can't imagine this film...without its presence.

  • He was "supposed" to be a boy interrupted by war.

  • I felt his character made far more sense in the book. The film was good, but did not do the book justice in which there was far more time to develop the character fully.

  • @perciusmandate Nope, Just a kid caught up in a war! How would you feel and act!

  • wrong pronunciation of Laudamus te and every word that contains the letter e.

  • ah? and what is the correct one? All choir that i have heard speak latin like that, and you know what?! Now, there is no anymore Antique Roman people to teach us how to pronounce their language!

Latin is spoken all over the world and so pronunciations differs, there is no 'right" or "wrong" pronunciation!

  • oh sorry. because our chorale sings it with the American "E"

  • @zhangwuvids Laudamus te...sounds like: Laudamus te!!! That is latin... imagen the spanish, and It is as it sounds!!! Laudamus te...

  • love the boy's voice in dat movie! most beautiful ive ever heard...

  • The boy who sing the solo in Exultate Justi is Gabriel Rioux-Boudreau and in Suo Gan is Émeric Nolin

I'm glad to hear that you like those songs :)

I'm one of the chorist on this album of the Petits Chanteurs du Mont-Royal

  • @Mormuntag Over forty years ago, I was at a concert given by some of your predecessors. They were magnificent then, just as is your group now. Great job!

  • the exultate sounds...pounded out, I guess. Not so much jubilant as heavy handed. Suo gan is lovely though! A touch slow, but the French accent is adorable and the he has the notes spot-on!

  • That song is so beautiful AMAZING. I love the voice of the boy in Suo Gan. Thank you so much!!!!! LOVE IT:)

  • Thanks for putting this together. Well done. One of my all-time favorite films. I was so much like Jim as a kid. The boy who loved airplanes.
