I am Muslim but, I don't get the point of wat these ppl are doing in this video. What does it have to do with Islam, are they praying?

Why are ladies in there too? Why are they singing and chanting and music playing in the background? Isn't this wrong to do in Islam?

Please don't get me wrong, i just need more clarafication so i can understand.
