@bitingontinfoil - I heard that the cat just had his claws removed and was at the vets for a day or two before the owner picked him up. He might have been sore and scared, but people remove cats claws all the time at the vet. If that was abuse, than a lot of people are abusing their cats apparently.

@kristelledecker IF this was due to declawing (which I highly doubt as there are no bandages on the paws) - then yes, that is abusive. Try googling the procedure for declawing. They're put under that the claws are literally rips from the pads. It takes weeks to recover, is extremely painful and is a danger to the cats natural defense if they get out.

@bitingontinfoil - Actually, my cat was declawed and they didn't have bandages on his feet two days after the procedure when we picked him up. He was walking just fine, just a little sore. So yes it is possible that this video is of the cat that has been declawed, in my opinion. And the reason my cat was declawed is that he was 'playing' with my son but almost scratched his eyes (my son is handicapped and has no way at getting away from the cat). So in some cases, declawing is ok, not abusive.
