Does anyone know any good pens/stylus specificly for the Iconia tablet? All the pens I see have a squishy ball tip. The tablet doesnt sense the pen well and it bearly works. Does anyone know any pens/stylus that work with the Acer Iconia tablet?

@99nawazish your right but im not trying to start an arguement but apple has the lead just cuz its optimized for a couple devices under the hood android does alot more constantly cuz it has to check pixels speed of device everythig reallt...oh and android 4.0/icecream sandwich is supposed to be as smooth as ios if not smoother..both os's are great...ios give you a fast experience but you cant do alot...android is a bit slower but can do everyting your pc/mac can do

nice video, I love your cute accent. But taking about the tablet. I bought it las week and I have to say it is simply amazing. The pre installed apps are great, besides you can update the SO to honycomb 3.1 and download lots of extra apps from the android store. You can customize it a lot. A tip: dont panic if the usb port dont detect the external hard drive immediately, it takes a little time the first time but works fine :) great tablet!

@SinJeeeah For me, the lack of 3G is bearable or even good, since it cuts the price. I'm mostly going to use it at home, where I hav WiFi or on vacation, where I can use my Phone to Tether 3G to the tablet. Also i wouldnt have the cash to pay another Sim Card to use 3G on this

With these new Android tablets all coming out there aren't a lot of appfor tablets which it why I returned back to best buy because i am thinking about just getting the Ipad 2. I have a 1TB external hard disk that I'm intending to use to watch movies on a tablet (which can't be done on iPad!). So you still recommend? thanks.

@MoheyMojito I did take the time to download skype, but you can't do video chatting, only voice. The Camera took really great pictures both front & back. I agree with you, the Ipad doesnt come with a external drive, which is the reason i bought the acer tab. It was so easy to just stick my flash drive in the usb port and instant watch a moive, viiew pictures, and read documents.

tried the demo machine today, a bit not sensitive and often need to press a few more times, not sure is that the demo machine problem (maybe it was opened too many apps as it has been played 1 whole day at least), or it is really not sensitive. but i can't find this problem on this video anyway.

I'm answering from the A500. I've used it two days and I think is perfect. no crashes. it doesn't have 3G and I think is absolutely neccesary, meanwhile using wifi is terrific. my suggestion: buy it with 3G.

I'm going to return my T-mobile G-slate & get this. at $750 the the 3D is cool but the crashing of everything. Like the you tube app, the web browser, games, 1080p video is out of sync is not a good look. The built quality is excellent but the software is horrible for the price. The Acer look to be the best bet for me at the moment.

@AKB7410 honeycomb is not complete yet. google should be fixing their tablet OS. Another annoying thing is the browser keeps loading up mobile sites instead of the desktop versions. I was frustrated by the browser on the xoom,

You are 100% right, the G Slate is a wonderful piece of hardware & I do feel it is the software. With that said I received the Iconia a500 this morning and it preforms much better than the xoom as well as the G Slate. Its running the same ver. software as the latter 2 so I don't understand whats going on.

@portalplayer Maybe Acer knows something Motorola as well as LG don't. But I'm enjoying the the a500 more than the other 2. Not a crash yet, & the HONEYCOMB UI moves smother than the other 2 tablets. keep in mind I've got about 48 apps loaded up ;-) Also with the browser, I do like it, however I use Dolphin HD. It will load the desktop ver. of the sites.

@YourInn3rGamer well there were some lame apps..at first I thought it wouldn't bother me but it did..there were at times not alot but at times where it was unresponsive but there was an update that fixed the issue...believe when i say this the playbook is by far the best tablet I have used in that size with the browser...but believe me when I say I will be getting it in 60 days once they bring over more apps and do all the updates they planned, but acer may give them problems with this tablet.
