About a year or so ago I got bit by a reticulated python and it really hurt. I got bit on the wrist and it made 4 holes in my skin where it bit me. Thank god it wasn't venomous!
Hey i live in the springs and saw your female tiger het albino on craigslist. That is a beautiful snake. and is it 200 for the snake and the cage or just the snake?
@Armoredlamb What is the biggest snake that could live a good life in a terrarium 170 cm long 100 cm wide and 150 cm high and also work well as a first snake?
If you could tell me please...
If you could say a python that could live in that sized terrarium?
will a male jampea get this big as the MAX SIZE? i know selene is still growing so then she'll be bigger but i think this is the perfect size, so then will a male jampea stay this size like selene in the vid? please some 1 answer
beautiful snake but yea very active...most pythons tend to be very active like that. i like my boa because she is deff easier 2 handle cuz they're more on the chill mode. but again beautiful retic. looks very healthy
i live in california and yes its legal i think only in florida u need a licence because they can damage the everglades, BUT some cities such as new york and san francisco have banned ALL constricters, even the little ones like ball pythons, they said the snakes are a threat to human safety. i think its really a personal problem they have with them... obsessive power if u ask me
@woopsreptiles new york city has a limit on snake size i believe, somewhere between 11 and 12 feet or something. some states leave it up to township municipalities to dictate these laws. PA leaves it up to townships on the matter of large constrictors- fortunately mine has no laws on them whatsoever, which just means there has yet to be an idiot herpkeeper who made any headlines around here yet.
well i guess ur point is proven cause u actually have one and raised it good luck on ur snakes they look awsome i might be getting a retic ive been researching for like two months
reptilepad i know u know alot more than me but i heard that dwarf retics are only small on the island cause they dont have as much food on the islands of jampea or other ones
I've heard that too. In my experience they are smaller than normal retics even when eating properly in captivity. Selene would be A LOT bigger if she were a normal retic at her age.
ur a lucky man.i had a brazilian rainbow boa for 18 months and unfortunately had to give her back to pet store.loved her to bits but she was too unpredictable,i could hold her for 30 mins no problem, then id get a bite on the face or hand!just got a baby ball python who is the total opposite.love your dedication dude
do you still make videos? please reply :D are you even still on this channel just to check for whatever?

Jampeas are not dwarfs. There just smaller.
Like calling a yellow anaconda a dwarf.
Just a diffrent sub species. And jampeas get no where near the size of a green anaconda. Lmao.

Hey how much would a normal retic cost? Thanks for your help!

If that snake was bought from Mike Wilbanks, it was bred by Jim Gaspar and her mother was 17 feet long and father was 15 feet.
