  • Great video! Now try this:  lie on a mat on the floor on stomach facing mirror. Leg bent so bottom of foot is paralell to ceiling. Then place the resistance band under your row of toes, like you had it in this video. You may have to straighten your leg out a bit to achieve the optimal angle, because the band will be coming from underneath your core, or tie the band down to a plate or nearby bench. Up on elbows to watch calves sculpt in mirror!
