Just so you knuckleheads know, when a DUI suspect is given their phone call (to an attorney) the police are required to turn off the video and leave the room so that the phone call isn't monitored. After all, they have a right to consult. Shutting off the camera is both normal policy and is required by law.

Turning the camera off for refusing a breath test is just a go ahead for the fascists to beat the suspect into submission to a blood/breath test.
