  • "Our manager's crazy, he always smokes dussssssssssst."

  • wtf.they changed some lyrics.

  • why i missed this concert :-(

    always amazing!!!!!

  • brilliant!!!!!!!

  • no sleep to athens.......

  • You might be able to sing it better. BUT I KNOW I CAN film this better. Jeeze the camera man has weak skillz.

    MIDDLE OF THE SONG!!!!!!

  • this is one of my favs

  • So glad they started doing this one again

  • video walls are good at the end of a full day concert if your partied out.

  • another plane another train another bottle to the brain another girl another fight another drive all night.

  • i was there!!!!!!!!!!!

  • same man i was V I P

  • They sound like studio recordings when they sing live :D 5*'s i love the Beastie Boys

  • i think there the first rap group in the rock n roll HOF.

but to there credit they r a crossover

  • How did you film this video?

Was this before or after the incident???

  • during their performance my friend went for beers, and he came back with blood all over his t-shirt, ppl were already fighting around the bar, and we could see the smoke from the burning cars. i got some footage from all these, i'll upload it one day.

  • woa what happend? a riot?

  • yeah. and the b.b. left without an encore, and the underworld, who were the headliners never appeared. they said that the singer was injured cause someone threw a rock in his head.

  • ok, they deserve a place in rap history, and although Public Enemy, NWA, and Grandmaster Flash are high points, its generally a really sad, violent, socially horrific form of societal decay. I wont even call it music, because its nothing but downlifting.

  • well, i respect rap (even though i'm not listening to it) more than hip-hop. because the rappers, with their political lyrics helped their community a lot, instead of the hip hopers that are showing of their wealth..

  • music is always better when it means something and you get the feeling the artist is not holding back. nothing flashy can be raw.

  • @backpacker74 i love this shit too. its rap mixed with heavy metal and political lyrics bashin the shit outta the government. a lot better than listening to wanna-be gangsters talkin about who they shot and dealin crack...

  • I'll second that. Bravo. AMEN to dat! I LOVE the bb-been listening to them all mornign at work. I don't listen to much rap at all. The mainstream rap thrives on negativity.

  • that's a very interesting discussion here, i'll share my opinion too. i totally agree with you realcritique on the first part of your comment. but, though i'm not that crazy about b.b. (i went to that fest only for madness) we can not deny their contribution in rap history. and there are some artists who i don't like listening too (like elvis f.e.) but i understand what's his place in music history.

  • WHAT?!!! Can I have your tix? I love bb. They put it out there, they throw a lot of energy and rhymes into their show and it's good. I was breast fed on classic rock. But I get your sentiments, just don't think b.b. fits the mold of the negative sterotype.

  • What´s the problem? Rap is rap, Rock is rock, It´s MUSIC! both are great. Beastie Boys likes Hendrix, Screaming Headless Torsos likes Beastie Boys.... bullshit kind of a little bit of a different "style" but it doesn´t matter....

  • And oh my...you're using Eminem as your argument? How can you possibly? It tells me all I need to know to be honest! I just think you're completely ignorant, anyone can tell from your posts. You've heard a few things, clearly not a fan - fine, but don't pass yourself off like you're some fucking expert who actually knows the bands he's dismissing.

  • You have no idea. Paul's Boutique, years ahead of it's time with regards to sampling use. Check Your Head... songs like Gratitude precede Sabotage you fucking idiot! It wasn't some random, lucky idea. They totally got their own sound, did what the fuck they wanted, and deserve every bit of success they've had if not more.

  • ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

    they aren't musicians? idiot.

  • eminem favorite rappers are beastie boys they been around in hip hop since early 80's when it started one of pioneers of rap music...many sample from their work such as jay z nas eminem....and they were first to rap with rock together...they use to be a punk band in late 70's and early 80's...they are one of the most talented musicians ever

  • mca is at the back on the maj jong board!!!

  • If you knew anything about music, you'd know the Beastie Boys are one of the most innovative bands of all time, and have my eternal respect for sticking to their guns in doing whatever they feel like musically and stylistically speaking. If you're that concerned/hung up on the Beasties instrumental skills,

then you completely don't get it and never will. Ignorant, close-minded inviduals like yourself really have no clue and hence no right to say anything.

  • elvis costello is fucking old

  • they suck live

  • beasties got skills...period

  • um no they didn't "get lucky". They've been playing instruments before they started the rap stuff. And yes they've more than developed those skills as I've seen them live from way back when they were touring with RUN DMC up until last year at Boston. THEY JAM! DRUMS, BASS GUITAR, UPRIGHT BASS, ETC. PERIOD! So don't talk about what you don't know. Step off.

  • "Hint of Credibility..." lol, the entire Beasties' catalog is entirely credible, mister "real critique."

  • around 20 years of music and only one song they did was worth anything??? they dragged one song for 20 years? your retarded ok

  • haha, man you obviously haven't listened to the beastie boys. don't talk shit if you have no idea what your saying.

  • That song is awesome!!!

all Licensed to Ill is greaaaatt

the best fucking band in the world !!!!

  • Also, Rage Against the Machine were the "biggest" supporters of Mumia, not the Beasties you uneducated fool.

  • why did ju recored it from the tv??

  • gamatoi

  • Never been to their concert and just recently listening to their songs from whats available to listen to on the web, and their site content. Thanks so much for sharing,(wish I was there...but this is GREAT) I like the suits on them too..fun song

  • Oi Beastie htan theoi, oi kafroi distyxws tha meinoun gia panta kafroi!
