i think this is sad that people don't actually listen to what these different representatives are saying. the sound on the clip that you uploaded on Ustream TV has completly messed up sound. About 17 minutes into it, the sound slows down and it sounds like obama is the cookie monster. It lasts for a while, and then the sound is out of sync with the picture after that.

Mike, would've loved to tune in tonight but I had no idea it was happening. Didn't watch the debates myself because I did not want to support it (for obvious reasons). In all honesty, donating was not the first thing on my mind because I am a college student and short on money, but as a result of the actions NBC has taken I plan on donating 20$. They're censorship may end up coming to bite them in the ass as I hope more people will relate to my situation and donate themselves.

Mike Gravel is in Philly at the World Café Live (3025 Walnut St.) to host an alternate debate. Participants will watch the debate with Mike and hear his remarks. He will take questions from the audience until midnight.
We can't stop the corporate censorship by MSNBC to the masses, but we on the internet have the power to let the American people learn about the candidates—even the ones General Electric wants to silence.

If you are coming into town early, the Philadelphia Regional Antiwar Network is sponsoring a peace rally a few short blocks away at 34th and Chestnut. Mike Gravel signs will be available there (or bring your own!!) and many of the rally participants will be joining the Mike Gravel debate inside.

Sorry Gravel. I am voing for Ron Paul! We need a president, who take of own people. Like Americans. You and buddy's Democrats take care of companies, not Americans. First of all, why is our laws is not in force. Why is the Democrats supporting license for illegals in New York. We Americans pay for doctor bills,heath care, schooling and S/S for illegals. yeah but with Gravel's fair tax system. Tourists and illegals alike will pay taxes also. Its just a simple 19% sales tax. And that's it. No complicated forms and such. And the money you use for food, money, and healthcare will be covered. Its basically money you get back as a citizen.

1. The TV news is crap.
2. I never had a class smaller than 31 in school. No aides or assistants, just one teacher. I recieved a much better education than any of my children in smaller, more expensive classes.
3. What does it take for you to understand that MOST illegals ARE paying taxes. They are working with false SS# and have both income tax & SS taken from their checks.

Americans are NOT paying SS for illegals. Most illegals are using false SS#, paying into the system that they will never recieved benefits from.
If pay is going down as companies hire illegals, that is the decision of the companies. If you don't like that, get together - legal & illegal and protest that crap.

Well this is why Gravel's fair tax system works. You want to buy something in this country it will go towards government funding. Whether your a citizen, illegal, or tourist. And if you don't want to spend too much then save your money. The Government will provide the essentials.

When did they say that? Paul has said, the wage problem as due to an unhealthy economy and in a healthy economy we would be welcoming immigrants. The only reason the U.S.A. population is growing, is because of immigration, if not our population would be declining, and that wouldn't be healthy either.

What does money have to do with running for President? I have no clue what direction this country is going into, but I do not like this! To disagree with Mike is one thing, but to censor him, or not include him after having him be in every debate...that is nuts! Buzkill, Here is what you do. 1st: Understand that as of now, the vast majority of Mike's supporters don't have a clue about the event. 2nd: Call everyone you know who likes (or you suspect might like) Mike. If they are in a position to attend, ask them to consider doing so. 3d: Ask them to tell 2-3 people THEY know what you've just told them. Ppl who are interested should get back to you for the details. Then, you get their name and phone number and KEEP it for the future!

Today I saw a small spider vigorously building a web next to a pile of newspapers that I knew would be tossed soon. There were no bugs present. Was the spider wasting his time? The enemy is the bugs in the house. WE are the army of spiders, each working 1 crevice. Even if 90% of us fail, we try b/c we can't know beforehand whether we're one of the 10% who will catch a bug. If a spider doesn't build a web, and the army misses an insect as a result, THAT would be something to cry about.
