Glad I found your channel!! You inspired me to go to the dermatologist to be diagnosed instead of self-diagnosing myself!! Feel free to check out my natural hair journey.
I feel your pain. I had my biopsy done last July and was diagnosed with Traction aloepecia. The area where the biopsy was taken was sensitive for a long time, but was manageable. I took my last injection last month and will follow-up with my dermatologist in June. I pray that everything goes well with your treatment. Hang in there. It's worth it!
@nalia1908 Initially after receiving the injections, I observed more hair loss in those areas. But after a couple of months, they began to fill in. Now, those areas are almost completely filled in. I'm just waiting for more length to increase my styling options. Prayfully, by next year this time my hair will back fully.
i went thru the same thing...but i didn't continue with the shots. i now exercise daily, take Biotion 5,000 along with other supplements and try to eat right! it has helped slow down the process of losing more hair and also make the hair i have left stronger.
I will do the shots until Oct when I have my 2 year naturalversary and see how it works out. If it's no change, then I will probably just stop going. Still doing a month by month trial basis. Thanks for commenting.

@HighlyFavoredThatsMe Thanks! How have you been! I'm trying to stay positive....it's hard every time I look in the mirror. If my life wasnt so busy, I would probably dwell on it! Thanks for the encouraging words as it's always good to read!
@rhollandnyc Really, I can't tell a major difference. I started the biotin so I hope that helps and I actually went and bought these essential oils that helps alopecia. If I see results from that, I will share. I'm testing it on myself first. Thanks for your encouraging words!
@luvs2cover Thanks! I hope so to. Atleast I won't be in the dark anymore about what's going on with my hair and I will properly know how to treat it (if one exist).
@KenyaAriel Thanks! I actually felt better after I took some aleve. Although I can tell you, if you have never had stitches, especially on your scalp, it's a different feeling. Especially when I touch where it is to hard, or try to rub my scalp. Im happy to find out soon what is causing my hair issues.
@cecnurse1 I feel better than the day it happened. I did this video on Tuesday, but that night I took 2 aleve and was fine. However, the pain never really goes away especially since I have hand in head syndrome and like to rub my scalp. Everytime I touch it, I strike up the pain. It's worth though cause I will soon know what is causing my hair loss. Thanks for your words! They do mean alot!
