  • DOCTOR BOROUS!!!!

  • Nice Beau! Thanks ...

  • @FamousTVvoice Beau Weaver should be voicing over promos and bumpers for "Entertainment Tonight" and "The Insider".

  • Your voice is amazing.

  • thumbs up. great informative vid clip. thank you for posting. keep up the great work!

  • I remember him from Real TV. Now the Doctors, and Insider.

  • wow Roger Thompson's buddy eh? very cool (Roger is commonly referred to as The Voice of God) thanks for the clip Beau :)

  • He's the narrator in Most Daring

  • do you voice overs for WFTV? because when I'm there I usaully hear you and how would I do Narrations and promo V/Os?

  • He was the voice of Superman once!

  • @AtomicRooster77 I can definitely hear his Reed Richards or Mr. Notso-Fantastic.

  • I wonder why the recording booth he's in at 105, appears to be have, hard, sound reflective surfaces. I thought recording rooms had to be acoustically treated.

  • Beau Weaver should voice over "ET" intros, bumpers and promos.

  • Love your voice and your studio=)

  • Beau needs to do more science programs like Nova. That way it would sound like Reed Richards is giving a science lecture.

  • Great video on your amazing carer. Well done and well deserved. Best to you in the future.

  • The "will narrate for food" placard at the 35 second mark certainly looks prophetic now huh Beau? Great video!

  • Beau is good, but he got in early. Far from the best VO guy.

  • Surprised by how he looks. The voice I always imaged belonged to a conservative prim and proper White guy. With a short and conservative hair cut. Weird lol.

  • @dadoody Ya mean like how he looks in the "KFRC San Francisco Beau Weaver 1986" video by California Aircheck?

  • I remember listening to Beau Weaver on KILT in Houston, Texas. He was the afternoon DJ there. He has come such a long way. Such talent.... An old friend, Kevin McCarthy, had nothing but great things to say. May life be great for you!!!!!

  • I even remember hearing him as the voice of Mr. Fantastic (Reed Richards) in the 1994 version of the Fantastic Four cartoons.

    Beau Weaver, You da man!

  • Enjoyed this lots Beau, highly informational and compelling. I know each voice print calls for unique settings but I would still be interested in what your most common settings would be for a TLM 103 thru the SP 737 pre when you get a second.

    Again great stuff.

  • Hope to catch you on 20 meters (or 15m) some afternoon. 73

  • spoken voice sounds much worse than the recorded voice.

  • Thanks I was a fan of yours back in your radio days on KFRC and its very cool to see you in your VO career. Love that sennheiser 416 mic!!!!

  • Wasn't Beau Weaver the announcer for Real TV?

  • Great video, a nice look into the life of a voice actor! As a guy who wants to become a voice actor (and as a guy who is also called Beau haha) seeing this kind of thing is useful, it gets you to know what to expect and how things work, so thank you and keep up the amazing work! Also I loved the Fantastic 4!

  • Nice inside look at you Beau. I recall your radio days when I was stationed in Long Beach in the Navy in the 60s and 70s. We know radio will never be like that again because it was special. One of these days I'll connect with you also as I am a former broadcaster and now ham operator. 73, W6QT Mike

  • Thank you Beau! for showing us your studios and to let us know a little more about you! This is a superb video....simple....to the point....interesting....with several funny parts....very inspiring!.....this video it is just brilliant!!! and you a top pro!!!! way to go!

For the next video please ask your camarographer record your voice with a lavalier microphone.

  • The snake documentary was awesome! You have an awesome voice!

  • Mr. Weaver, I firmly believe is the greatest voice in the trailer industry second only to the late and great Don LaFontaine, my friend and mentor... Rest in peace my friend.

  • sorry thundercracker, i'll hide behind someone else is marker, i know, death comes to he who hides behind my marker, look guys i have a problem

beau as OCTANE, transformers 1986, love the voice beau

  • From 93KHJ to TV and film voice work, Beau Weaver's an inspiration for all of us. By the way, I was the 19th caller.

  • What a voice man.Great tour too.Ed

  • The REAL reason Beau likes being at the top of Ojai is his first-class ham shack! Nothing like a tower and beam 4 thousand feet in the air! Hear you all the time on TV, Beau!

    sean K4DBX

  • You have a terrific voice. Doesn't take long ot see (or hear?) that you're in the right field!

  • Thank you, Beau. This is the first VO video of this variety that i've found on youtube and it's great! I've watched it everyday day since I found it. (about 8 days ago) Thanks again.

  • Very cool, Beau. And it's so inspiring to see who you give credit to.
