i think it scared him. if you watched Anakonda Im Netz on Volkerball, you'll see Richard says he doesn't care anything about the hit of the mic. the closer he gets on the mic, the better is it for him. and he said he burned his mouth a view times, but he didn't care because of the adrenaline he had.
