  • I love watching this kind of videos

  • Pence:

You were not too concerned about DEBT when your republican party attacked the wrong country and made us Taxpayers foot the bill, or when you and your republican party degregulated financial markets plunging millions of Americans across this nation into debt ..

What planet are you on? Or is everyone in your district in Indiana backward knuckle-dragging neanderthals?

  • I'm sad that his person is my district's representative.

  • The people in Washington were marching for FREEDOM. I can't believe there are so many Americans opposed to that.

Are you ignorant of the brutality, suffering and oppression that goes on in countries where there is no freedom? People die trying to come here from those countries.

Don't like a corporation? Start a boycott. Want to help the poor? Find a million like-minded people and give generously. Everything that can be done through force can be done through freedom.

  • Cara, you said that the people on 9/12 were marching for freedom.

Can you explain the relation between accusing Obama as fascist or socialist or Kenyan has anything to do with "marching for freedom"?

  • laleeloolelo wrote, "Can you explain the relation between accusing Obama as fascist or socialist or Kenyan has anything to do with "marching for freedom"?"

Most people marching weren't calling Obama anything.

But fascism and socialism are inconsistent with freedom. Obama has worked alongside Communists throughout his career and has appointed a few to his administration.

As for being Kenyan, he's fought dozens of lawsuits rather than provide basic vital documents. He's STILL fighting them.

  • Who are these "communists" Obama appointed to his administration Cara? Can you name just one (With proof of his/her "communist " tendencies of course)?

As for Obama's private records, Obama DID NOT refuse to show anything.

You are not allowed to see them because they are sealed under privacy laws.

If you want to see them then you need to change the law.

  • Green Jobs czar Van Jones (who had to resign when his background became known) is a self-avowed Communist.

Communications Director Anita Dunn praised Communist dictator Mao, murderer of 70 million, as one of her two favorite political philosophers.

FCC Diversity czar Mark Lloyd has praised Hugo Chavez's Communist revolution in Venezuela. Atty General Eric Holder played a key role in pardoning Marxist FALN terrorists. Etc.

Obama could authorize the release of his records any time. He refuses.

  • This is Anita Dunn's quote: "The third lesson and tip actually comes from two of my favorite political philosophers - Mao Tse Tung and Mother Teresa."

Is mother Teresa a communist? /Sarcasm.

Van Jones "self avowed communist" was an angry reaction of acquittal of the cops involved in Rodney King abuse case.

Obama already release his record hence how his COLB is allowed to be seen on FactCheck website.

If there are people who don't believe the COLB there is real then it's their problem.

  • Um, Mao is the Communist Dunn admires and turns to.

Lots of Maoists around Obama. Paperwork shows that he, Bill Ayers, and Maoist Mike Klonsky shared an office for a few years. Klonsky also had a blog on Obama's site during the campaign until people noticed, "Hey, why does Obama have a Communist blogging on his site?"

Obama's team put up an image of what many believe to be a forged Certification of Live Birth. Sued to produce the real thing in court, he fights lawsuit after lawsuit instead.

  • Cara, Dunn's quote was meant to be ironic.

It's like the remark "his two favorite comedians are Ted Danson and Ted Bundy."

Besides Newt Gingrich once quoted Mao as well on 1995 Roll Call profile.

As for Obama's COLB on website, the burden of proof is one the people who don't believe it's authenticity not on Obama.

And the law suits are dismissed by judges because the plaintiffs lack standing (And evidences) so Obama doesn't need to fight them because NONE of those suits ever went to court.

  • Dunn's quote was not ironic. You can see it for yourself on Youtube.

Newt Gingrich quoted Mao? So? Anyone can QUOTE Mao. The problem is that Dunn ADMIRES him.

Obama promised unprecedented transparency. When asked to provide a birth certificate, he put up a possibly forged IMAGE of a short-form Certification of Live Birth and fights lawsuit after lawsuit to avoid producing the real thing.

Obama has never provided proof that he is eligible to be president. Many think that's because he can't.

  • So putting Mao and Mother Teresa (Which begin with M just like Danson and Bundy first names begin with Ted) in the same sentence isn't ironic? /Sarcasm.

The lawsuits on Obama's BC were dismissed not because he fought them but because NONE of those lawsuits have standings or backed with evidence.

And regardless whether people believe the COLB on FactCheck site is real is irrelevant because none of the doubters have proof that it's fake.

The burden of proof is on the doubter not on Obama.

  • There's nothing inconsistent about admiring Mother Teresa and Mao. If you look beyond the cliche of Mother Teresa's goodness to her actual works and words, you'll see she admired dictators, including Albanian Communist dictator Enver Hoxha and Haitian dictator Papa Doc.

As for Obama not having to provide proof beyond an IMAGE of what may be a forged Certification of Live Birth, by that logic, if any foreign enemy of America put up a similar image, he'd be eligible to be president as well.

  • Cara, please.

Instead of concession now you degrade Mother Teresa's good name?

No wonder the "tea parties" aren't taken seriously.

BTW your logic is flawed because of one simple fact.

The existence of Obama's REAL birth certificate (Not just the image) has been confirmed by REPUBLICAN Governor of Hawaii.

No "foreign enemy of America" can pull that off IMO.

  • Are you denying that Mother Teresa supported dictators Hoxha or Papa Doc when this is on the record? She wasn't ashamed of it. The media downplayed her love of dictators because it veered from the "saint" template they had created for her.

The existence of Obama having a birth certificate on file has been confirmed by one official at the Dept of Health, not the governor. But there are numerous problems and inconsistencies with the COLB and Obama's story. Let's see the real thing.

  • Cara, saying nice things about people isn't support, it's diplomacy.

And her diplomacy once brokered a cease fire during Siege of Beirut in 1982.

Who knows how many innocents she helped save because of her nice words to those dictators?

    BTW i stand corrected.

    AP Oct 31, 2008:

"Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate."

  • Laleeloolelo, I don't want to get into a debate about Mother Teresa here. But her sainthood is largely a media creation. She fit a template, so the media reported her good works and looked the other way when her words and deeds were less than admirable (admiring brutal dictators, defending a crook, keeping money she knew had been stolen, etc).

My point is that it's consistent for Anita Dunn to admire Mao and Mother Teresa. Both were collectivists without much respect for individual liberty.

  • Mother Teresa is only human and as far as human goes she's an extraordinary one regardless of her flaws.

I admire her hence why i volunteer as English teacher for muslim kids in Indonesia and i still live there even after Jakarta bombing.

Anyway the point i'm trying to make is this:

You can choose to believe the smears on Anita Dunn, Obama or anyone on his administration but at what cost?

    What would you rather do?

Believe the lie and live in fear or accept the truth and stop being afraid?

  • Laleeloolelo, I agree that Mother Teresa was human and should be commended for the good work she did. But she did harm as well. We must face the facts as they are, not as we wish they were. Denying the truth so we can admire a fantasy is HARMFUL.

The media has looked the other way with Obama, too. He has spent much of his life working alongside Communists.

Anita Dunn was not smeared when it was reported that she said Mao was one of her two favorite political philosophers. She did say this.

  • "We must face the facts as they are, not as we wish they were."

That's a good advice for the people who doubt Obama eligibility because no matter how much they dislike or deny, Obama is an NBC.

As for your worry of Obama's administration "communism" may i ask you this?

If Obama got all his bills passed (Health care, Cap & Trade etc) and not only USA did not become a communist or Marxist country but also become a more prosperous country would you change your opinion and become his supporter?

  • laleeloolelo, Obama hasn't provided any proof that he is eligible. We need the real paperwork and a review of all relevant laws in court.

Obama has worked alongside Communists throughout his career. ACORN: founded to overthrow capitalism. Black Liberation Theology: based on Marxism. Bill Ayers: communist who launched Obama's career and has admitted ghost writing Obama's book.

Where has Communism produced thriving, prosperous, free people? Nowhere. It impoverishes; it is slavery to the state.

  • Cara, that's why i asked you if Obama got all his bills passed and not only USA did NOT become communist but become prosperous country would you change your opinion (Because that would prove you're wrong about him being communist) and become his supporter?

As for his eligibility, you can check whether or not Obama has provided proof with Federal Election Commission instead with blog or rumor email.

    w w w . fec . gov /

BTW you can check Snopes for the lie that Ayers wrote Obama's book.

  • laleelooleleo, Obama'a bills are not designed to make America more prosperous. They transfer power and money from the people to the govt. The reckless spending is DESTROYING our dollar. Bills are being discussed and passed under the radar that will cause small businesses and farms to FAIL due to the fact that compliance will be too burdensome.

As for Ayers writing Obama's book, aside from Ayers' admission, read the in-depth analysis of Jack Cashill, who proves it beyond a reasonable doubt.

  • Cara, Obama's bills are as benign as Social Security and Medicare.

Not only USA didn't turn into communist country when they passed but those bills provide a life line for the people who are affected by the recent recession.

And Ayers never admit such thing, if it's true then Fox would have been all over it.

BTW Cashill has no credibility IMO, with books like "Ron Brown's Body: How One Man's Death Saved the Clinton Presidency" or "First Strike: TWA Flight 800 and the Attack on America."

  • laleeloolelo, you are either joking or you're uninformed about economics and history and too trusting of Obama, considering he has spent his life working alongside those determined to end capitalism (and therefore freedom) in America and to cut America down to size on the world stage.

Ayers admitted writing the book. Fox apparently feels they need more evidence to cover the story.

Cashill's work speaks for itself. "Obama's" book uses Ayers' favorite words, stories, images, phrasing, etc.

  • Cara, the Health Care bill has an "opt out" option for states who don't want to adhere to it.

That alone proves that the bill isn't some kind of nefarious plot to transfer "power and money to the govt."

And Ayers "admission" is as nonexistent as Michelle Obama "whitey tape" back in 2008.

And Cashill "works" has been so debunked even David Freddoso, author of The Case Against Barack Obama said: "Cashills stuff on this was a lot of crap, all conjecture and no concrete evidence."

  • laleeloolelo, if you keep going to pro-Obama sites like Snopes and FactCheck to get your talking points, you'll never learn the truth.

Obama has spent his life working alongside those who embrace Marxism, an ideology that brings poverty and suffering wherever it goes.

Obama is counting on Americans to be gullible and uninformed. The left-controlled mainstream media supports him, so make sure to include some reputable conservative sources like AmericanThinker and NationalReview in your reading.

  • Cara, please.

Snopes has been around since before Obama was elected as Illinois senator and FactCheck was founded by REPUBLICAN Annenberg's foundation.

Here's another version of my previous question.

If it turns out that Obama wasn't the Marxist/communist boogie man you fear to be and USA is better under his presidency would you then admit that you've been "stand corrected"?

  • Thank you for correcting the record, laleeloolelo.

  • What a laughing stock.

  • The run away spending, deficit, and debt were all largely accrued during the recent six years of Republican control of government. Mr. Pence you are grandstanding - what ever happened to statesmen?

  • traditional values? so you marry your wife and have gay sex in secret?

Is that traditional? Your party seems to think so.

  • gotta wonder what pence is banging on the side

  • Beck said there were a million, so it must be true.

  • Right I was at Burger King and there were like 2 MILLION people in front of me.

  • republicans aren't good at math

  • 75,000 does not a million make.

  • lol. indeed!

  • 13 million were there!

  • The ones in your head don't count.

  • i had 6 million attend my birthday party last year. did too!

  • I heard 2 million went, but who cares about numbers. There was enough people there to kick the shit out of every politician in the capitol and thats what matters lol.

  • to exaggerate the number of people who support them and minimize the people who support things like the public option does matter. They're being deliberately untruthful.

  • Except no one is at the capital on a Saturday.. Genius.

  • Is that your attempt to insult me?

  • Pence should be a comedian.

  • 70,000 is 7% of a million.

    Republican math!

  • most of them also think the earth is 6000 years old which is 0.000001304% of 4.6 billion years.

they obviously are bad at math, logic, science, common sense and ethics.

  • I'd like to smoke what he is smoking to get that math. What a fucking LAIR!!

  • Yep, and last night I fucked sasha grey.

  • how was it?

  • Very fulfilling.

  • lol

  • 20 right wingers walking in unison for 3 hours? How the hell could they stab each other in the backs? Moron this happened on a Saturday. Lets see what they can do during the week.

  • Estimates from people with no business estimating and much stock in the number estimated being wildly high. 1.7 million was Beck's estimate - he organised it. The fire department, who do have business estimating i.e. it is their job, put the number at 70,000. They have no stake in whether the number is large or small, but they do need to be close.

Beck can just go ahead and times by ten, plus a million because it's in his interest.

This is reasoning, not opinion. I hope you appreciate that.

  • what a retard :/

  • Is he Genuine?

I don't Know. Is he Relaying the Thoughts/Concerns of Tens of Millions of Americans??? YES

  • ensign and sanford for family values!

  • liar :(

  • The townhall protestors? Those people were IDIOTS who watch Fox News and read the Washington times and WND and believe anything the Republicans say. They're NOT legitimate.

  • 40% of Americans strongly disapprove while 23% approve of this administration. But you think thats not legitimate? At what point will it be legit? 50% 60% 80%,

  • Where do you get your numbers? Fux news?

  • Rasmussen. You know, the ones who are the most accurate when it comes to polling

  • Actually it is 34% who believe that the country while 61% believe it is headed in the wrong direction. Obamas popularity is right around where it was when he was elected president. Now of that 61%. 81% of the are republicans [Go figure] I believe the repubs are against the president. These numbers come from Rasmussen.

  • 34% that believe the country is headed in the right direction.

  • I know what Rep Pence did. When he said nearly a million americans who were in D.C. that day in Sept. he was including the 591,833 residents of D.C., everyone who was working in D.C. that day, but live outside of the district plus all of the tourists who were visiting our capitol that fine day.

  • This guy is full of shit. The people out there were stirred on and organized by FOX news.

  • Millions? Fuck that- TRILLIONS of people, I say. I saw it on the internets, so it must be true.

  • 1 star for outright LIES!!!

  • I heard it was actually 10 billion.

  • He wishes...

  • Normally I didn't really pay attention to politics. I thought it was just a bunch of old rich folk who never worked an honest day in their lives. Well now I know my suspicions were right. That being said the republicans appear to not even be trying! They have one playbook, and they run it into the ground.

  • Is he aware he's lying, or does he really believe that?

    Either way . . . crikey, what a maroon.

  • I've said this before, and I'm saying it again: If, as an elected representative, you go onto the floor of the US Congress and just make shit up to present as fact, there should be an immediate referendum on your job.

  • I think he is confused because some referred to the event as the "Million Moron March." Emergency professionals estimated 60,000 attendees. He is overestimating the number by a factor of 16.

Tea Party 9/12 ----- Making a lot of noise, and not much of a difference.

  • Sure, tens of millions of Americans are pissed off, I'll give you that: however, the population of America exceeds 300 million. This is far from the majority of Americans. The teapartiers are the margin or the "fringe".

You have a "Dr. Evil" sense of numbers.

  • 40 percent strongly disapprove, ignore it at your peril

  • The only believable number that you have come up with is 9/12.

Obviously, you get your other numbers from Faux News. As a math teacher for 20 years, I would have to say that you missed out on the 'rithmetic part of your "lurning".

  • Oh, I see you're from Louisiana. I take it back, you are a mathematical giant.

  • Anyone that believes that there were 60K people at the 9-12 event is delusional.

  • Ya your right. There was not even that many. Keep spreading bullshit. Tens of millions? Counting each republican ten times does not count.

  • 40% is a minority=-\

  • It isn't when only 23 % strongly approve. Maybe you should read a little more

  • You're suffering from the right wing "silent majority" delusion. Its apparently brought on by ignorance, getting played by coporate interests, and willfully ignoring reality.

I might refrain from making fun, but the reasonable ones in the 9-12 cabal are a minority. The right wing lie machine inflates the number of people at that rally, and its blatantly obvious.

  • That's it, we all be played by the coporate. You illiterate fuckskwatch.

  • As of october 20th Obamas job approval is 51% as reported by the Gallup poll. Whereas the job disapproval is 41%. I guess that puts you in the minority.

it's on the Gallup(dot)com main website.

  • Rasmussen has Obama's approval rating at 47% vs. 52% who disapprove. Even more noteworthy is that those who strongly disapprove is at 39% vs. those who strongly approve, only 26%.

Obama's numbers have plummeted since he was elected. And this is with the mainstream media covering up all the Maoists and radicals in the White House.

Americans want FREEDOM. We have seen how brutal and oppressive Marxist utopias are. People die trying to leave Cuba to come here, not vice versa.

  • WTF do you mean by ""Marxist utopia". I've never heard anyone say Obama is going to fix everything and save the world (well, at least not in this country, fuck the Nobel committee). The health care plans in congress aren't some kind of giveaway or promise to heal all the wounds ever. It's about giving opportunity to people who need it, now maybe you don't like equal opportunity, and that's ok, you're more than free to be an isolationists, but seriously gtfo of the way, you had your chance

  • Obama's past has been spent working alongside those advocating Communism, which means an end to freedom and prosperity.

The health care reform bill under debate is NOT about giving health care to those who need it.

That could be done by loosening up restrictions that force insurers and employers to meet bizarre govt regulations instead of being free to find creative solutions.

No, it's about govt takeover of the billions of dollars and govt control of our life and death decisions.

  • Oh you're too cute.

I totally agree with this, but we don't have a final bill yet. From what I understand "the worst option will still give insurance options to 26 million people". Progress?

You're just plain stupid. Government restrictions aren't effecting the price at all, insurance companies cherry picking their customers do. You still have your creative freedom either way.

I take it you watch Alex Jones like some kind of religion? I'd rather government contro than an insurance bureaucrat.

  • We don't have enough freedom right now.

I have a friend whose doctor wanted to charge his clients $150/month. He'd take care of all her family's routine medical care. This was a great arrangement, but it wasn't legal due to govt regulations.

I know an employer who wanted to offer a great insurance solution (too complex to explain here). His employees were excited about it. It wasn't legal due to govt regulations.

The govt is already preventing us from choosing creative solutions we want.

  • Those regulations sound like they were written by the insurance lobby, and I would gladly repeal that specific point, I think what a doctor and a patient work out is 100% their business. I would gladly attach that to the current bill.

That sounds like a scam, or some kind of gamble, but without specific points I'm certainly not going to base my opinion off it. Medical help is a technical process, health care doesn't need more creativity, we do a great job of that, we need lower prices.

  • Govt restrictions absolutely affect price.

For example, regulations in some states make it impossible for people to buy catastrophic insurance, which forces them to buy more expensive coverage they don't want .

Maybe catastrophic coverage is right for them. If a company is willing to offer it, they should be able to buy it.

Govt mandates have eliminated a lot of choice, which put buyers and sellers in straitjackets and raised prices. Then they say there's a crisis and govt must take over.

  • Gov't insurance mandates only exist because our lawmakers are in bed with the insurance companies. Doesn't have anything to do with regulation. It all comes down to who's paying who. It's called corporatism.

  • I love this line, "if a company is willing to offer it, they should be able to buy it". There needs to be rules to the game, standards, guidelines. Catastrophic insurance is useless, it's taxing you more to use services you've already paid for. Maybe it's right for the wealthy but I'm a 24 year old student who works full time, that kind of insurance would be a waste of my money. So if the government wants to take that option away from me, I will surrender it gladly.

  • Catastrophic insurance is an option chosen by many young people. You pay for routine medical care and your insurance protects you if you face a catastrophic illness. Govt mandates now frequently prevent insurance companies from offering this.

The mainstream media is not covering the rationing, long waits, and other problems that come along with govt-run health care. Without competition, there's no incentive to provide top-notch service.

Hold on to your rights; you will want them some day.

  • Except you're bombarded with co-pays, meaning your health care plan is still "don't get sick", because I certainly don't have the money to get sick with the insurance I get from my work where it has like half the co-pays as a really crappy plan like that. I'm telling you I encourage this.

We already have rationing, long waits and it's way too expensive to afford. Who said anything about removing all competition? How would a government option stop innovation? Would people stop wanting money?

  • Watchout5 wrote, "Who said anything about removing all competition?"

Go to the Heritage Foundation site and search for "Still Not Convinced the Public Option is a Trojan Horse for Single-Payer?" You'll see numerous Democrats admitting the public option will blow up private insurance, and you'll see Obama admitting he supports single payer.

Under a strict single payer system, you have govt control over your health care. No freedom of choice, take what you get health care with no way out.

  • Its sad when anyone thinks the Heritage Foundation is a good source for anything.

  • bzkcarter wrote, "Its sad when anyone thinks the Heritage Foundation is a good source for anything."

Why is that? The Heritage Foundation is a reputable think tank that supports free enterprise, limited government, and individual freedom.

Do you support coerced enterprise, govt that controls your every move, and slavery to the state?

Do you liberals not realize that people DIE trying to leave socialist utopias like Cuba and North Korea that take your ideas to their logical conclusion?

  • Watchout5 wrote, "How would a government option stop innovation?"

The govt already impedes innovation and freedom by making unconventional practices illegal.

A friend of a friend was dying of cancer. Conventional treatments had failed. She read of an unconventional treatment that was having success in Germany and wanted to try it. Illegal here.

The laws are designed to protect the power structure of the AMA and the drug companies, not our rights.

We need MORE medical freedom, not less.

  • Communism doesn't mean an end to freedom or prosperity. Seriously do you know what it means? And you are totally wrong about the healthcare bill. Its a choice. Nothing more

  • crtnyevans wrote, "Communism doesn't mean an end to freedom or prosperity."

Please read up on Stalin and Mao, the tens of millions murdered by each and the millions more brutalized and oppressed. Communism is slavery to the state.

crtnyevans wrote, "And you are totally wrong about the healthcare bill. Its a choice. Nothing more."

Many of the Dems currently saying, "It's a choice" are on the record saying the public option will destroy private insurance. It's a Trojan horse, not a choice.

  • Why are you taking a stand for the same clowns that have been ripping the American people off for years? You think 'private insurance' gives a damn about your family? The name of the game is providing as little as possible while charging as much as possible. If they get a chance to screw you over, they will. That's why we rank #37, because our system is based on selling health care as a product, not providing it as the necessity that it is.

  • When private insurance is forced to compete for my business, they will care because if I take my business elsewhere, they will go out of business. That's why health insurance should be as competitive and portable as car insurance.

Right now, the health insurers don't compete for our business, but for our employers' and too many govt mandates prevent innovation.

We were ranked #37 by the WHO because the rankings are created by socialists who are penalizing us for freedom.

  • Everyone around him believes in Marxism or socialism. Where have you been living? Under a rock.

  • why listen to polls? They've never asked me anything so they don't represent everyone. I bet if every american were polled his numbers would be higher. Americans are free. Stop with the stupidity

  • @snakeeyesuck

You're right, only 8% of the population doesn't pay attention!LOL

Or you could go by a the real numbers of people that do. Either you love Obama or you hate him, theres no middle ground. So I would think the strongly approve vs strongly disapprove would be a far more accurate poll since it assumes around 40% dont follow the policies enough to form an honest opinion, and thats being generous, it damn sure isnt as low as 8%

  • So you admit you're delusional then? Illiterate? Please brother, get creative or at least try to hit the mark. Calling me illiterate is clearly weak rhetorically, thus I'm calling you weak, pussy. Especially your nonsense about how we need to listen to ensure a "peaceful resolution".

Basically, your minority view must be heeded or you start shooting? You're such a patriot.

Are you going to give your last drop of blood to defend the anti-trust exemption for the insurance companies?

  • Why dont you put your picture up on your profile so I can see who I'm talking to?

  • Hes illiterate? Read what you just wrote. CORPORATE.

  • Yeah smart ass, now read what he wrote. Thats why I called him illiterate. I was making fun of him, moron.

  • Yet you spelled corporate wrong. I guess that was in your plans all along?

  • Yes, read his post above mine. Go to "see all comments" and it will put them in order for your dumb ass.

  • /watch?v=2E-OreKKXjA

How many people would say you see in this video?

  • ha ha, there were more people at the "gay rights" parade than the 9/12 rally.

  • And fewer firearms, likely.

  • And a lower average Body Mass Index, and better spelling.

  • Since when is 70,000 anywhere near a million?

  • The integer 70,000 is closer to 1 million that it is to, say, negative 1 million. ;-)

  • 7% of a million = 1.7 million. I saw it on TV.

  • 7% of a million is not 1.7 million tardbrain.

  • Oh, aren't you the mathematician, eh? Have a gold star!

  • okay.. would someone rebuke this statement? because... it's true..

there are millions of people that come to washington that are democratic, republican, and independent..

are you sure they are concerned about government spending or just sightseeing...

  • Nicely lawyered. Johnny Cochrane would be proud of that.
