The amount of shit Aion has copied DIRECTLY off WoW has basically set the game up for a never-ending comparison war. Everything from the classes, UI, flight paths, gear customization, gemming/sockets, professions, talent builds, the list just goes on and on.

Basically the developers saw what a huge hit WoW was and decided "hey, lets make another WoW but with better graphics and more grindy gameplay" and *poof* Aion was born.

NCSoft can die, they are nothing compared to Blizzard.

And besides Wow wasn't the first mmorpg out there so all you queers saying that every game copies WoW do a little research on the mmorpgs that came out before WoW. Balaur carrier. When fortresses go vulnerable in the abyss and the Balaur want it badly enough, the carrier comes in and unloads a crap ton of Balaur to raid the fort. They've won every time they've appeared on my server.

The red spots are cannons/reactors, you are suppose to destroy those, when you do that you enter the ship, for the harder part, (since destroying the cannons wasn't hard enough) it's not a instance so at same time when the opposite faction sees you they can start pounding on you or the ship as well. (maybe corporate to enter then pvp who will stay.)

This update has been up for over 3/4 months(maybe more maybe less) in korea/china but no one has beat it yet. (as far as i know)

Actually it is an instance, when you enter the ship, its just that its a PvPvE instance so not only is your group inside the instance ID but a group of the opposing faction can enter the same ID.

At lvl 9 you get the ascension quest and after doing it you level up to 10 choose your subclass and have the ability to fly

hey guys i just noticed something...

look at 0:43 when she/he goes from flying to non-flying, how she drops and kits the ground, check how much health she looses. This is kinda a good thing, it means people wont be able to drop from miles up and barely take any damage and then still rape your ass :)

You can play a f2p game but in the long run it costs much more with item malls, clothing etc. Not to mention they have unstable servers BECAUSE its free.

Pay 14 dolla a month and you get top notch graphics, no troubles, endless clothes, yada yada. Create as many characters as you like, go wherever you want to, you are equal to the next gamer, in f2p, you aren't unless you PAY that. Long story short: P2P > F2P

A casual gamer needs to stick to free mmos with item malls. Even though in a free mmo you will never be a top player without spending alot of real money or buying item mall stuff with hard earned in game money. Any hardcore MMo player that is usually in the top 5% of players in the game knows pay to play mmos are much cheaper than free mmos with item malls.
