Woah! Kerry I feel your pain! Up until last Thursday, I was a 34 E. I'm now a 34 C, and i couldn't be happier! This surgery really has changed everything about my health.i think all the negative feedback comes from those who have no capacity for empathy. An E cup is equivalent to a DDD.If you go to your regular doctor and stress that you have back/shoulder/posture-all around comfort problems, surely she'll write documentation proving it is of medical need. In this case, your insurance should cover most of the costs.This is what I did and it worked for me! The most I had to pay was about $1000. This surgery has the highest patient satisfaction, and is the best decision of my life so far! Go for it!

I think before I resort to surgery I going to try Intense Exercise and Lipo Dissolve pills. But if I can't get down to at least E cup then I will have the reduction surgery.

wow! i can identify that!...i had a hard time breast feeding my son. they way they teach u there is no possible way yo feed a child with tripple D cup size without sufficating them. so...5months after he was born(i still expressed my milk in a bottle for him) i realized...i could sit him up and sit right in fornt of him, hold my boobie to his mouth and he latched on. so he latched on from 5mon to 13mons...i felt like the happiest mom in the world!...lol

I had a 16 yr old friend who got her breasts reduced because she was in too much pain : from a D+ cup down to a B. I had a lot of discomfort and painful pulling sensation on my breasts at that age too : I was 5'4 and had a D cup. I couldn't do sports or run or do yoga. I was never over 130 pds so it's not about obesity.

yep. you can hide them to some extent but they pop out all over the place. my reduction is planned for 12/21 and I can't wait. 38DD down to a B! Loss of weight helps, but if its hereditary, you often will only see the loss of a cup size when loosing 25-30 lbs. However, since you are not that large, this could be a wonderful benefit for you. For us really large gals (FF, lmnop..etc), the loss of a cup really yields little to no relief (speaking from experience, having only lost one cup with weight loss, to only get it all back upon pregnancy and then compounded by the loss of firmness with breast feeding.)
