I stand that there´s no better part than Deborah´s, the 12 years old beautifull joung girl... Petyr risk his live to saver from death and takes her with him to his home, he trully love her and build a new live for her, desire to save her from the potencial danger of her
unknowed being and she pays all this betraying him coldly and tell him she has been use him all the time.... dam, then recognizing she really was in love with him when it was too late. Amzing history.
Very good! I love the Mayfair Witches. Especially Dierdre, she's my favorite! She is such a sad character. Lonely childhood, evil Carlotta raising her, Lasher tormenting and seducing her, many different schools--no stability, her child being ripped from her arms, and then her mind is gone. Poor, poor, beautiful Dierdre.
Amazing video!!! I just started reading the Mayfair Witches Trilogy. I'm on the Witching Hour page 516. My aunt always talked about it. My self I loved the Vampire Chronicles. Rice has a way of seducting the reader into her story. It's amazing, to say the least. Word can't describe how great of an author she is. Breathe taking video and surperb detials of the characters in the books. LOVED IT!!!!! (Thanx b/c I 2 was looking 4 vids on this subject)
Thank you, it means much to me... not many people like so amazing books nowadays.. everyone likes that silly teen novel twilight, but I absolutely understand what you say about this book being brilliant and seducting, I feel the same way. She has great tallent in making breathtakingly deep characters,
Gorgeous video! I don't think I could have picked a more appropriate musical track if I tried :). I've read the Witches series at least a dozen times, and it seems you've summed it up pretty well. Julien was not included in this video because he is not one of "the thirteen" as described by Lasher. He was perhaps the strongest witch the clan ever saw (mainly because he made Lasher submit to HIM), but he was not a woman... so in Lasher's eyes, he was only a stud used to produce stronger offspring.
Mary Beth and the charismatic Julien Mayfair are my favourite mediums. We know more about Julien than Mary Beth. Mary Beth is shrouded in mystery and her massive appeal deserves further inquiry
I have to agree. The Mayfair file from the Talamasca suggests that Julien was the "replacement" witch for Katherine, because she was so weak. But I understand that Katherine has to be portrayed, being the daughter and mother of a witch.
Mary Beth was my favorite witch. Wish there was a book about her life.
There is much explained about him already when he tells Michael Curry his story in the second book "Lasher" He was perhaps the most beautifully blasphemous witch of all, and in fact took the place of Katherine as the "witch" So it is understandable that you say that he should have his own story. You must read Lasher if you haven't then you'll learn all about him. If you have, was it enough? What about Mary Beth? Even to Julien himself, she was a mystery.
@dreamer269 . Lasher commanded Mary Beth to burn his books for it revealed more than enough of Lasher's "other life". Or perhaps Mary Beth didn't think it was nessessary that the Deamon be given a past. She thought she could control Lasher, which to some extent was true. And it would only upset the relationship of love and trust should Julien's books still exist. Or maybe Mary Beth feared that she would dwell on Julien's antagonism of Lasher. Who knows with Mary Beth

Heyyyyyyyyyyyy, THIS IS AMAZING!!! I hate Rowan, she is a cow, but I loooooooooove Mona (I maked a vid of her with pictures of the actress Alicia Witt, if you want, see this ;D) and I love Michael Curry and the Mayfair History!! I want so much read the books! *-*
Beautifully done! I love this video. You're right I havn't been able to find much about them either. But after seeing this video it makes me want to go back and read them again.

Question: Why is Mona not incorporated into this video?
~Tiffany~
WitchesBrew4U 2 years ago
Thank you :)
Answer: Mona is not in this video because I made it after I was finished reading only first book in Mayfair Witches trylogy :)
But I deffinetly want to make something more with her participation :)

One Question, why was Juilen blocked out of here?
Katherine practically lived in his shadow, he was Lashers true lover because Katherine was in out of her mind mourning her dead husband.
Julien was by far the most controversial and interesting. I would have loved to just see a book about him.

I could never have enough of Julien.
Mary Beth was a mystery wasn't she?
Now that I'm looking back on it, she's the one who burned all of his journals, do you remember if there was a specific reason for this?
