Yeah, this is what happens when you skip Theseus introduction scene. The fight never starts and Theseus remains as 'scenery' for the rest of eternity. I didn't mention this at the Theseus-section because a similar effect can be seen at so many other places too (at least today, with the advent of disc tray-glitch, which makes it even easier to skip FMV-triggers).
Added a better quality version. Also, uploaded another Theseus glitch. This one is different. Theseus takes damage but doesn't die. Trick is to throw him down when in phase3 and then fight.
