  • I mostly use the Blue line, and the yellow too. But at Rush Hour the dang Blue line is FULL!!! I think the standing platform needs more room.

  • busy? you should see victoria station in london at rush hour

  • well, i was in London and New york last year. The trains werent as crowded as the metro in washington. The lexington line, is always empty. I was evan one time the only one in that car! The same in London with the bakerloo line.

  • @1fcbfcbfcb Really? The 6 is super crowded during rush hour. However, the 5 is sometimes empty on weekends.

  • @leonardwilson85 lol haha chill...

  • hell, thats a good day lol It can and does get allot worse.

  • this station was always packed

  • HAHAHAHAHA Usually when the stations are full of people the trains arrive full too, and leave, leaving the station with the same people waiting for a empty one.

  • HAHAHHA times that by ten and then you have the inaugeration day lol it took an 1 1/2 hrs to get out

  • wtf wat was that second level door for

  • Also, don't forget Park Street Red Line MBTA ewspecially during a long wait in between trains during rush hour, it can and does get this bad

  • Dangerous any body can be knocked on to te tracks

  • i know right 24/7

  • Metro Center is always a pain in the ass when it comes to the crowd.I transfer there on the red and I hate all of the people.

  • Man, all these crowded people on the platform, some of them better stay off the edge, otherwise be knocked out by that Rohr train; luckily the operator sounded his horn.

  • Do remember this: The red line is on the upper lever, and the blue and orange liens are on the lower level. After all Metro Center is my favorite station. It would look better if all five lines served that station.

  • like Five Points station in Alanta

  • If you think this is bad, try the Lexington Avenue line in NYC. Nice video.

  • Seriously, the Lex Line is hell.

    As Wikipedia says:

Its average of 1.3 million daily riders is "more than the combined ridership of San Francisco and Boston's entire transit systems". Its ridership also exceeds that of the 798,456 daily trips on the entire Washington Metro.

  • @leonardwilson85 No dumbass try Times Square in NYC

  • @TheSubwayMustango What the fuck is your problem?

  • They really need to build that pedestrian tunnel between Metro Center and Gallery Place-Chinatown. Might spread out the crowds a bit.

  • LOL. it's not that bad, you should try the Victoria line in London...

  • Dangerous at Crowed stations never know if somebodies gunna push you

  • thats in washington dc

  • the red line is CRAZZYYYY!!

  • @hanukikanker yeah ive been on red line most of the time i go on metro and believe me ive never been to metro center but ive seen LOTS of people. The only time it was more crowded then this was when i was on orange line heading to the redskins game and it was so packed on that train that i was about one inch from the door.

  • the lights on station platforms have different colors to show which train line is coming your way.

  • Yup, that looks like a typical day at the Metro Center.

  • Metro Center is always crowded. I never have to get off there but when we pass, there's like a mass exodus of people getting off the blue/orange line transfering to the red line. L'Efant serves 4 lines and isn't nearly as crowded as Metro center

  • lmao thats why I get off and walk before metro center

  • I thing I my friend was driving that one.

  • Ha ha I do not miss that. The streets are no better. The whole thing is a stupid mess made by stupid politics.

Washington DC how not to make a model city........

  • When you live here it's a everyday thing. LOL!
