id say its worth it, the bigger screens ar better sound are worth it alone. there is more power in it too, or the new dsi only games that will be released. the camera is fun to use, the music player is cool, as long as you dont mind converting your tracks on itunes to ACC format. plus nintendo give you 1000 dsi points to spend online to buy a couple of games like wario ware snapped.

it has got alot of stuff in it but it is fun stuff, the camera are not purfect but its pretty fun to mess about with the photos after you take them. if you have the option of trading in your old ds lite do that, but ive heard that shops are pretty strict on the condition and stuff with the ds lites for trade in.
